Pat contacted me within 10 minutes and i made an appointment for Monday 8am. I had my car towed there. They had my car done by 3pm. I was shocked. They did a GREAT job and it was a very very good price. Its been a really really hard week for me. Terrible. And they made it a LOT better. For real i got my life back. Long story short, i needed to have an additional part installed to do it right and get it perfect, and they said if i come back after the part is installed within 30 days, they will touch up the alignment at no cost. Wow. After almost 2 hours of touching up my original alignment, they handed me the keys and told me it was a little more difficult than expected, but did not ask me for additional money (i did tip the mechanic tho) car drives amazing and the alignment is nothing short of perfect. I wont go anywhere else. Customer service is everything.

After being ignored at Mavis with my kid's car, I figured I'd come here. As I pulled up a guy was standing out front and he told me to pull in front of the garage. He told me he was going to use a patch instead of a plug. Which I would have insisted on if he didn't say that. PSA- For safety's sake, don't use a plug unless you have no options, and then get it patched ASAP. 15 minutes later I was on the road. $25 for the repair. Place was what the Dr ordered. Fast service, good price, fine work, no complaints. I have a slow leak on my car so I now have a place to go. PS- It's not a big problem, but the guy who helped me spoke Spanish with a smattering of English and I'm the opposite. But I had no problem communicating as it was a simple matter. I'm sure there is at least one person there that is fluent in English if it is needed.

Within two days, my check engine light and oil light came on, and my car began making a rhythmic clanking noise. I immediately stopped driving and had the vehicle towed back to the shop. The tow truck driver even noted there was a pool of oil under my car. When the vehicle was inspected, I was told there was no drain plug on the oil pan, which would explain the oil loss. However, instead of clearly taking responsibility, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations, including claims about engine recalls and poor prior maintenance, neither of which applied to my vehicle. I have documentation showing my previous oil change was only about 2,200 miles prior. I was also told that a regional manager would be coming to inspect the vehicle and that I would be contacted when he arrived. Instead, I received a call around 1:30 PM stating the car was "fixed" and ready for pickup, without ever being notified that the regional manager had actually reviewed the vehicle Although the shop eventually refilled the oil and stated the engine is "fine," I am left with concerns about potential long-term damage due to oil loss, as well as a new noise when using the A/C that was not present before. I will be going to a Hyundai dealership to check if there are any damages. This experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected a routine service, but instead dealt with a potentially serious mechanical issue and inconsistent communication. I strongly recommend others document everything and ask detailed questions when dealing with this location.
