Got four coope tires 6/29/22 at Tire Warehouse Ludlow,Ma location they NEVER wrote down mileage and told me the warranty is with Cooper Tires and to " google the number " was the advice of manager Chris Girard ! Made an appointment to have tires replaced on my wife's car days ahead of time. Discussed over the phone the exact tires, size and all, as well as price for the job. When I went to drop the car off the car, there was a man sitting on top of a stack of tires texting in the corner and a girl at the counter clearly making a personal phone call and seemed put out that I came in. The girl at the counter asked if I remembered what tires and size, meaning the guy on the phone took no info down. She then proceeded to tell me that they only had two of the tires that I was told they had, and that there was no way I was quoted anywhere near the price I told her I was quoted. She then asked ME where he got his prices from....I have no idea, he works for your company? Turns out, they sold my tires. She then went on to quote me the same price for lower quality tires, same brand, rated for less miles and continued to say that she doesn't understand how "he" could quote me that price. When I asked how they could not have the tires I made an appointment to have installed, she told me that they probably sold them because they didn't know I was coming in....Isn't that what appointments are for? I made a comment about how this guy must have no organizational skills. She said, "probably Chris, I get that a lot." I decided to take my business elsewhere, either this is one of the most poorly run companies I have ever been to or they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. Cant decide which one would be worse. Go to firestone in Springfield, or literally anywhere else. What a waste of time. read more

Below is the text of the email I sent them multiple times that was never responded to that explains my situation with them: "Good Afternoon, I just purchased and had a new tire installed at your Ludlow store - just one as I had a damaged tire. I was verbally quoted $141.99 plus installation for the tire. No problem, I told them to go ahead and install it. I went up to the counter to pay, was never verbally given the final price and ran my card through. I was absolutely SHOCKED to look at my receipt (invoice #16199) and see I was charged $313.29! When I questioned the clerk, he mumbled something incoherent that was roughly "it is what it is and there's nothing I can do about it." I had pointed out how I was charged for the installation of 4 tires when I only purchased and had 1 installed. I was also charged $22.72 for a road hazard coverage that I did not ask for and was never asked if I'd like to purchase it. I asked to speak with the manager and he just pointed at a business card on the counter. When I got back home, I checked your website and the price for the 1 Kelly EDGE AS Performance tire was the same $141.99. With installation it quoted a price UNDER $200 total. Today, I experienced the worst customer service at the Tire Warehouse in Ludlow. My husband had placed the order for two tires with Mike and they were ready today. He spoke to Mike this morning and was advised that I should come in between 9 and 9:30 for the tires to be mounted on the rims / installed on the car. I arrived as instructed, spoke to Mike and waited while the work was done. Since the tires were ordered over the phone, once the work was done I advised Mike and the tech that my husband was around the corner and wanted to come have a look at the tires on the car before I paid. Mike's eyes about burst out of his head, he said "he wants to inspect the tires?", "do you even have the money to pay?". I again advised, he wants to see the tires and yes, I have the money. He proceeded to make comments, to the other customers at the counter, to the Tech, such as "whatever", eyes rolling and laughter...they proceeded to discuss my request.....I am right there, hear the entire thing and am utterly shocked by what is unfolding. Never have I been treated so badly, disrespected and mocked by the "manager" of an establishment in front of other customers. Yes Mike, I had the money, we paid in cash, obviously I am driving a BMW 750LI...I can afford tires, yes, I want to be sure that what we ordered is what we received, I am sorry it was inconvenient in your day....and no, I will NEVER purchase tires there again and I will be sure to tell everyone in the greater Ludlow, Wilbraham, Palmer area on how terrible the service is at the Tire Warehouse in Ludlow! read more

I was very happy with this place! I had been treated very poorly elsewhere and was referred to Tire Warehouse when I got a flat. The staff was kind, respectful and efficient! I will definitely go back here next time! The only downside was that it seemed a little more expensive than other places- but I think it's absolutely worth it if you have a pleasant experience. read more

I was going to state that we, my wife and I, had our VW Golf "worked" on by Tire Warehouse of Ludlow on Friday, 8/26/16, but that would be false. We paid to have our Golf repaired but went home with absolutely nothing being done except pretty green caps put on our tires. They were supposed to replace the air in our tires with nitrogen, do a wheel alignment and rotate the tires. However, after getting the car back with it still pulling to the right we investigated further to find out that they never even removed the tires. How do we know this? Several ways but just one indicator is the cobweb that is still fully covering the locking wheel lug nut. Yup, a cob web! After our discovery I immediately drove the Golf back to the store to review my findings with the manager and when I walked him over to the car to show him the cob web and ask how it was possible that this tire was removed his jaw dropped. He had nothing to say. I have since contacted their corporate office and after telling them my story and demanding a full refund, two days ago, the only response I got from them is "I would like to help you in this matter what is the name on the invoice so I can look up the bill." This response was sent to me on 8/29/16 and I sent them the information they asked for the same day and also sent them another email this morning asking when they are going to resolve the issue. I have not heard back. On top of all that there is a huge grease stain on my seat the size of a large serving plate. It hurts me to give even one star for this review. Just so I'm clear.... they didn't give me poor service, they robbed me of my money! It's clear cut thievery. I hope this review helps protect someone in the future that is considering bringing their vehicle in for service. read more

After my husband went to Tire Warehouse and bought 4 new tires, he came home and looked at his tires and noticed 1 tire was inside out. He called the manager Tony and he said get back here before driving too far because you will ruin your tires. Not what we wanted to hear, but returned the following day and they corrected their mistake. Several days later I decided to wash my car and just decided to look at my tires. Well unbelievable, but all 4 of my tires which were bought and paid for at Tire Warehouse were inside out and there are now 28,000 miles and them and no one noticed till now. I have had several tire rotations and tire pressure checks, but no one noticed this error. In short Tony and corporate said "it is what it is , i wouldn't change them now, we can not do anything for you now" I would not send anyone to Tire Warehouse, they have no customer service, they were rude and have no experience being in the tire business. read more

I would like to comment on a negative review from customer with the bmw. Her husband's preordered tired yes for a bmw when the work was complete I called the customer up to finalize invoice she replied with I am waiting for my husband I said you don't have to wait he can pay when he comes in ( which I knew he was a local state trooper) and a very nice person. She replied with he wants to inspect tires 1st I did have a pussled look for a minute and said that's fine. Then poceeded to speak with another customer, who happen to be very loud and kind of voictrous if she thought the loud customer was referring to her that isn't our fault. When her husband returned to inspect vehicle and pay he ask me if their was a problem I explained to him what had transpired and said I Apologize if your wife misunderstood the puzzled look on my face earier meant no disrespect. Honestly, if I could rate Tire Warehouse without a star I would. I had the worst service from both Mike the store manager and Zach one of the assistant managers. I called in to see if they had a tire in stock (I only needed one) gave them all of the info off the tire and in return they told me they had it in stock. I left work early and went in to get the tire changed. I went out to my car and they put a different style tire on my car, I told Zach while I was there and he and the 2 technicains blew me off- trying to tell me there would not be a difference but to call in the morning if I wasn't happy. I wasn't happy when I left but feeling pressured I left and called in the morning letting him know I wanted the correct tire I orginally asked for. They apparently do not have the tire I asked for in stock and would have to order it, he said he would call me back that day. Well....I never heard back and went down the next day to figure out what was going on. I now have a different person who had no idea what was really going on and telling me they do not refund for tires. Finally on day 4 with no anwsers, I sent my father in law down to try and help me get somewhere with them. They bascially told him they do not run there store this way and I was told I was getting a different tire. Mike the manager asked him how old I was (as this would make a difference). I called down and spoke with Mike that same day, he was rude and loud with me on the phone. They finally agreed to order the tire and they would call when it was in (usually 48 hours) 2 days latere I had to call them to find out the tire was already in. Went down to have it changed and they tried charging me for the shipping charges of almost $30, which I refused to pay because again I was never made aware of and it was their error for putting the wrong tire on mt car in the first place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK- I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these guys. Poor customer service and no common sense. They thought because I am a woman I wouldn't notice I was given the wrong tire. read more
