Booked an appointment for a tire installment for 6:30pm. I arrived for 6:35pm and the doors are locked. I knocked no one answered. They are set to close for 7:00pm. Around 6:45pm I could see someone peaking out from the garage inside. I looked inside and saw a person, we made eye contact and he hid. I waited for him to come out, which he did at 7:30pm. When I asked him why I wasn't serviced for the appointment l, he lied saying "he didn't know what I was talking about". I reminded him I called and had a confirmation. He lied again saying "he was in the bathroom". I was telling him if he would have said anything about being unable to do it with integrity I would have understood, but instead he chose to honk his car to drown me out multiple times. Jim is so rude and condescending to woman. I thought tires from Paul last year (he was amazing) and drove less than 10k miles and they were bald.I went in to talk to Paul to find out he left the company. Jim was so difficult to deal with and felt he needed to mansplain to me how cars work. I simply asked for it to make sense that tires with a 65k miles warranty are bald after just 12 months and having only driven 10k miles. He told me "don't buy cars you can't afford" and gave me a quote for new tires. Will share my experience with everyone I know as I used to recommend TW to everyone. Not any longer. I've spent HOURS on the phone with customer service trying to resolve my issue. They told me to call the tire manufacturer and then the tire manufacturer told me the TW files the claim. This is why people give up and just buy new tires. I'm appalled on how I was treated. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Living in town, I've always gone here for all my tire needs but I've seen it go more and more downhill over the years. Many years ago, it had that almost small town neighborly feel to it and now its just infuriating. My last experience there: I had to go and get a (one) tire replaced - which I'm not even going into drill into why I'm charged 2-2.5 times what it would cost if I bought it at Walmart and lugged it there but I digress. I get the tire replaced and the next day the tire pressure went from 50 (which - why so high?) to 18. I work multiple jobs so this is just a pain to try to go back and address but I do. The person looks at it and said they sprayed some sealant on the inside and outside and sent me off. A day or 2 later - same thing. I find time to make my way back and they replace the nozzle where you put the air in. (Keep in mind, each time I'm having to pay to put air in my tire almost daily alongside all the damage that goes along with this until I'm able to make it back.) For the FOURTH time, I have to go back to the tire shop because they have now broken my tire pressure sensor trying to "fix the problem". WHY are there so problems to replace one freakin tire. GAHH! Now the best part: 1) as I'm waiting in the shop on my fourth time back to get this (one tire replacement) done right, I'm sitting there with a father and daughter and over hear them discussing between themselves how that have also had multiple issues and had to come back multiple times for their one tire replacement as well. & 2) when I am called up, I am gas lit to no end. "No no, it was us. We didn't break it. The battery inside just died" etc etc. After I explained that 1) this has happened once before when that same shop broke the sensor while changing the tire, admitted their mistake and fixed it and 2) are you really telling my the stars aligned so that battery just so happened to die at that very moment you're banging around trying for the 3rd time to fix this tire? Absolutely refused to admit their mistake, talked down to the mechanically ignorant woman to get out of fixing your mistake that's not even coming out of your check! I've already gotten confirmation that the sensor was broken and get to pay $250 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. The time I went there before this whole nightmare, I did have to go back a few times but atleast they didn't break anything that time. When your main gig is replacing tires, but it takes 4+ times to get it to keep pressure but causing $250 in damage in the process - just stop. read more

my son made an appointment two days in advance for two new tires. we called to make sure they understood the size and brand we needed. they said they had it in stock and would be able to take care of us. He showed up 15 minutes early for his appointment and had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes to even pull in to be serviced. Then he had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start changing his tires. Two plus hours of his time gone. No apology. No adjustment to his bill. These were expensive tires that they already had in stock. Very disappointed. Realized that my daughter's van had two front tires with the belts showing through when she visited from Northampton on a Sunday. I wanted to get them fixed before she drove the 90 miles back to school that afternoon. Called these guys at about 1:15, and by 3:00 the van had 2 new fronts and was aligned and ready for the road. Great service! Went in for two new tires for my truck. They didn't have the ones I needed but they went and picked them up at another store for me. Got them mounted, balanced and installed. Got a front end alignment in short order and front tires balanced. They were super busy but not once did I feel as if I was waiting. These guys work hard and explain everything you need to know. I called several Tire Warehouses looking to get my flat changed the same day on a Sunday. While this may have been a big ask, I was promised over the phone it would happen. So I drive 35 mins on my donut to be told it wouldn't happen that day. The employee checks my tires and tells me all 4 will need to be replaced. They were changed last year so I know that was said just to get my money. This guy whined to me about his tough day and told me he hired someone OFF THE STREET to help the two guys working that day. Why would I let any one of these people touch my car? Next he tries to sell me a credit card. I respectfully decline and tell him I'm going to leave. He is not happy he's about to lose the price of 4 tires plus labor and tries his best to get me to stay, telling me he will stay late to do my tires or do them before other customers, but nothing about this interaction was professional and I'll never be back. 0/10 do not recommend read more

Use caution at Tire Warehouse in Clinton, and avoid entirely if possible. We dropped our vehicle off so they could repair the shoddy tie rod THEY installed. They assured us they would install a brand new one. When we picked up the vehicle, they had let the battery die and we had to jump start it ourselves. Two days later, the "new" tie rod fell off completely. Upon inspection, my husband noticed it was the same old tie rod as before, and that they appeared to have attempted to spray paint it to look new. Would never go there again went yesterday to have my snow tires put on just take off summer tires and place winter tires on already on rims would have taken maybe 20 mins!
