I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service at this location. I had a 9am appointment and no one showed up. I was told to return multiple times until I chose to take my services else where. read more

I originally went to the Worcester location to get new tires. They gave me the wrong tires, didn't balance them, and my car was shaking profusely. After a few more visits in Worcester, I gave up and went to the Clinton location. The service was great and quick. They helped me with all my tire needs and made it clear and excellent. Matt was great and very helpful and took care of my tires to make sure it was safe to drive. My car feels and drives great. I would 10/10 recommend the Clinton location and will return to the Clinton store. read more

I had brought my vehicle here to fix some issues I was having with leaks around my tire bead. I ended up waiting around for twenty minutes as the manager scrounged for excuses as to why he wasn't even going to bother addressing my issue. I ended up going directly to another tire maintenance place that fixed my issue immediately. read more

Adam, the assistant manager, was awesome. I waited inside for a few minutes, he came in, helped me with exactly what I needed (tire rotation and changing a tire over to a new rim) in under 20 minutes. I will be using this location again and again. Thanks everyone. read more

Brought my vehicle down here to have after market wheels put on...just switching out my stock tires and wheels...they gave me every excuse as why they wouldn't do it...another lady pulled up and they gave her the same run around telling her they wouldn't help her and gave her excuse after excuse why they wouldn't help her...these people clearly don't want to do business with anyone. I had to order lug nuts myself bc my old ones didn't fit...they didn't want to help there either and told me they didn't have the tools for the job. I just decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

AMAZING experience. I searched for over a week for a good deal on new tires and found myself on the Tire Warehouse website - they really did have the best deals around and the "lowest price guarantee" is no joke. From my first call to book my appointment, to the check in process, to the quick turnaround of the work itself, everything exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who guided me through the whole process (Andrew) went above and beyond to help me and seemed to have a genuine enthusiasm for what he was doing. I was so used to sitting in the local dealership's waiting room for an hour and a half spending far too much to have snow tires put on and am just realizing now what I was missing out on. I will 100% be back! Thank you! read more

I have been buying my tires from only the shop in Clinton and never had a problem, until now that is. I have always gotten the warranty on my tires, and always had the next set pro-rated, until now. I had a 75,000 mile warranty, and by the time I needed tires, it had only been 37,700 miles into the warranty, and the rude man there would not honor it. All of a sudden, he now wants to see all the receipts from the tires being inspected every 5000 to 7000 miles. He also asked if the tires were rotated, and if they were he wants proof. I told him I did not, and then he became extremely condescending. I asked him why I have never been asked for this before, and got my new tires pro rated without it, and he claimed he didn't know. I asked him why don't you TELL your customers at the time of purchase, that if they don't rotate the tires you void the warranty? He does tell you about coming back in 2 weeks for torquing, but not about rotating your tires. Could that be because ONLY the customer loses? He then said it's on the paper work. I again asked the same question and in the middle of me asking, he decided to answer the phone instead of answering my question. What a terrible experience, and a waste of money. $259.94 for 2 tires and only got 37,700 miles out of them. read more

Its freaking cold, im pretty sure i could be on the beach somewhere warm with all the money ive put in the local air machines .. after an 8 quater morning i went to tire warehouse thinking it will be around $100 to fix, they said something about a bead and a seal (i googled it ..made sense) cost me like $26. They really should advertise this because when you think of the pain it is to get air a few times a week .. save the quarters and hit up Plainville read more

Andrew was super helpful when new tires were needed asap. I needed new tires bad and procrastinated for a while then a storm was coming so needed tires asap I called there and they told me to come down before 5:00pm they close at 6:00. The fact that they took me same day an hour before closing just shows their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! read more

spent over 2000 dollars this year on tires at tire whse clinton ma,went in saturday to see if they would put air in my tires, willing to pay them! they told me the air gage is broken cant help you.i will never recommend this place to anyone lazy unhappy employees read more

I've been there many times. These guys know what they're doing and they're very good at it. If it has to do with tires or wheels or alignments this is the place to go. On top of their experience and professionalism, the courtesy they have showed me every time is unparalleled. I don't know why anyone would have a bad thing to say about these guys. I highly recommend them for alignments also. I've brought different cars there for alignments and they were each done perfectly. A good alignment technician is hard to find. But Kelly does the job right and he doesn't make you wait an hour. I've been an automotive technician for over 25 years and I don't say these things lightly. I recommend Clinton Tire Warehouse to anyone regardless of where they live. It's worth the trip. read more

NEVER WILL I STEP IN "TIRE WAREHOUSE" AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Disrespectful manager told me "Good Bye" and belittled me in front of other customers when I challenged him on their match any competitors price guarantee. And the "Buy 3 get 1 free" deal is a deceptive RIP-OFF. You only get 1 free if you pay a crazy high retail price for the first 3 (that no one charges) Manager laughted and said "Go ahead" when I told him I was going to contact customer service at their headquarters. Go to CLINTON TIRE a mile away. Respectful and professional. Bought the 4 tires there I was originally going to buy at Tire Warehouse. read more

I've used them twice. While Arthur below had a bad experience, mine have been excellent. This is a no frill tire shop where they change the tires outside while you wait. Decent new waiting area. Excellent prices. They also mounted two snow tires, and didn't insist on selling me four. Try that elsewhere. That pushed them from four to five stars. The manager was very competent and he was also out there changing mounting balancing tires. read more
