I hit black ice and did some damage to my tie rods 3 to be exact. Knowing they were booked solid they managed to fit me and and fix my front end and do alignment . To me they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. You see I'm only here visiting my family till the 29th, I was honestly expecting to pay $$$ but to my surprise it was well below what I thought it would cost. The price was very very reasonable !! The tech. rode with me patiently in the car to help diagnose it. I don't think most mechanics would have rode with me as long and as patiently as he did, nor would they have the skill to diagnose. I found prices to be very fair and, in fact, less than the dealership. They don't use factory replacement parts, but nowadays, after-market parts are usually the same quality and sometimes better. Although my rear brakes were the problem, I asked about prices for the front brakes. They were very upfront about the fact that when they replace brake pads in a small car like mine, they also replace the rotors. Since these rotors are already quite thin, to machine them down more (instead of replacing) would risk screwing up the whole braking system and eventually costing more. I know garages that would just do as you ask - replace the break pads and machine down the rotors - even to the point where it would become unsafe and cause more problems. This shows me that these guys are concerned about their reputation and will only do a job if they can do it correctly. They also do it at a reasonable price. Does that sound like most auto repair shops you know of?

Recently, Mike sold Ron's Service Ctr, which is now managed by a guy named Olay. Mike and his brother are still owners of the Cannan Fuels properties, which expanded into Taunton, Attleboro, and next - Milford - where, according to neighbors, Mike will act more as a property manager. Trying to give Olay at Ron's Service Ctr a chance, we took our car there when it started making a strange noise. He told us the noise was caused by the need for new set of breaks. Olay told us to leave the car there for the day for car diagnostic and new front break installation. After spending almost $400, the noise was still there the day after the new break set installation. We called Olay, who then yelled at us saying he cannot diagnose our car over the phone and we would need to bring it back for a second day. Sorry Olay, we gave you a chance. But, YOU WILL NEVER BE Our Honest Mike. After explaining our experience to different neighbors, they all said the same thing - We need to switch to a new auto shop.

After 20 minutes he said he wasn't able to get the light in. So I took it to my pal Joey. As he looked at the bulb he noticed that the new bulb had burnt out. And showed me so I could see it on the bulb. He installed a new one very quickly and I went back to Auto Zone for a refund Joey is my hero. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere else

Another repair shop could have easily come up with an excuse, as to why I needed to pay for two new tires, but these guys made things right. And made me a happy customer! Twice now I have purchased the Professional Hand Wax detail, which takes roughly 1.5 hours to complete. The most recent visit was April 30, 2024. After taking my vehicle, they begin the process which includes (from their website) "an exterior wash, interior window cleaning, interior vacuuming, and a vinyl protectant". As my vehicle is kept fairly clean, they pretty much take care of the whole interior; cleaning up the dust and pollen from all surfaces to my delight. Then, they put the icing on the cake (so to speak) and really get to work on the exterior. (This is also from their website: "High quality paste wax is professionally hand applied to bring out the shine in your car. We remove tar, bugs, wax the exterior and the door jambs and dress the tires." My Honda Pilot comes out showroom beautiful each time. The beginning of August, I plan to go again.
