Back in 2022, I took my car here and the gentleman was trying to get me to do a $2k plus work stating my back axle was shot. I never went back as I didn't appreciate being lied to and trying to be scammed. Moving on to 2025, my tire popped. This location was the only place that had my tire readily available and well priced. I had no choice. HOWEVER, the gentleman that tried to rip me off wasn't there BUT Victor was there and thank God for him. Victor is a very costomer friendly person, willing to assist and attentive! He was very helpful with my situation which I had my other vehicle serviced AGAIN because of his kindness and customer friendly business acumen. He's changed my view and is earning my business. On April 1 I had my tires replaced at this place. Today is May 2 and one of the tires is torn beyond repair. This has never even happened to any tire before. I would like to take up my warranty to have it replaced however that would mean needing my car to be towed at my expense. read more

I took my car to Tire Kingdom in Clermont (1210 Oakley Seaver Dr) for what should have been a simple tire rotation -- and it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they mess up my vehicle to the point where it now drives horribly, but when I returned (after making an appointment!) to have them fix what they caused, I was told it would take an hour. Two hours later, the car hadn't even been looked at. Why even offer appointments if you're going to ignore them? But the worst part was the customer service, especially from Victor at the front desk. He was beyond rude -- not just to me, but shockingly dismissive and disrespectful to my elderly mother. He even tried to upsell her on services she clearly didn't need. It's incredibly predatory behavior, and completely unprofessional. There's absolutely no sense of accountability here, and the work ethic is non-existent. You're treated like a nuisance for expecting the job to be done right the first time. No apologies. No urgency. No care. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. We go often to Tire Kingdom but this last time I unfortunately had to get all my tires replaced unexpectedly (thanks roofers!!!). Michael was a fantastic person to get this sad news from. He was awesome going over the different options, and was very nice and really cared. I would recommend them to everyone. Plus roots and branch is next door and I went and ate dinner and they texted me when it was done because I was starving. So win win. read more

Took our SUV in twice last week. First for oil change. Second for tire replacement due to nail Had courtesy chech each time. Tire pressure was not done on either visit. Which makes me wonder what else was missed. Second time the inside door handle and armrest has lots of grease on them. Cleaned them off and checked steering wheel. It had grease on it as well. Horrible experience. Not only do they seem understaffed, but they tried to pull a fast one over me. Paid for one set of tires and they tried to put cheaper/less expensive tires on it, but still charged me for the more expensive ones. This isn't just a mistake because they called me while my car was still there and said I needed new shocks and air filter, but said nothing about the tires. When I called them out on the wrong tires, they said they didn't even have them in stock at the shop and needed to get them shipped in. There was roughly a $20 difference in each tire. So not only am I wasting another 2+ hours getting the correct tires on, but they offered no apology or discount for this. The guy who helped me said he wasn't here that day and couldn't give me a direct answer, but used the excuse saying the system showed those more expensive tires were in stock and the install guys don't really look at the tires just the brand. Makes me wonder if they even did my oil change and changed my shocks. I wouldn't trust coming here again. read more

Had to get my tire fixed as my pressure kept going down. Previously, the tire had a nail in the shoulder and was plugged by a family friend. They took off my tire and performed a water test which showed that my tire needed to be replaced. They replaced it quickly with no issues and my tires are working as good as new :) I will definitely be back! read more

My wife and I came earlier in the week to have 4 tires replaced and a check engine light looked into. The repairs were completed on time and with no complaints. Attitude is everything...we bought 4 tires which come with the free rotation. So we took it up there for that as well as a patch because of a screw. We offered to leave it there and get the next day but they said they'll have it done and call us. Went to pick it up and clearly tires weren't rotated because the patched tire was in the same spot. It was about half hour until closing and again we offered to just leave the car and we will get it the next day. They insisted on doing it right there and then which was fine with us but the attitude the entire time was as if we were inconveniencing them. Not a place I would want to take my car if everyone acts like we are a burden. We had previously taken a vehicle there for them to fix an alignment. They had a lot of trouble getting it to align and kept returning it saying it was aligned. Long story short, they never could get it aligned which is fine but I don't think we should have been charged for something they never fixed. If you don't think you can fix it just say so and let us find someone else that can. Or be upfront and tell us that we will still have to pay for something they may not be able to fix. read more

In the last few months, I've made quite a few trips to Tire Kingdom in Clermont! They are super friendly about assisting with putting air in tires as needed, and they were great when it came time to replace my tires. Garrett worked with me to explore genuinely every option I had, and he never made me feel pressured to do more work than was necessary! They were also recently extremely accommodating when I got a flat tire - I was a walk-in who was in and out in less than an hour and a half! I've had nothing but good, reliable service here. Thanks Tire Kingdom! Two month old Sumitomo Tires with a bulge that couldn't have been caused by anything but "road damage" even though there is no rub, scuff, cut, etc on the sidewall. Nothing could be done since there was "no recall" but, Tire Kingdom's location at Oakley Seaver Rd in Clermont, FL's manager was willing to "waive one of the fees" for a new one since I had an appt to replace the rear tires (which are still good but not the same brand as the fronts) today while the other problem was being corrected. I wish that the salesperson at the Oakley Seaver Rd Tire Kingdom in Clermont, FL, hadn't talked my stepfather, who was kind enough to take my car into the shop after a flat on my way to work July 20th, into getting the Sumitomo brand vs the Michelin USA brand that I initially wanted to be put on the car. According to the salesperson, Sumitomo brand was just as good if not better than Michelin but much less expensive. If I would have been there instead of working at the FD that day, I would have likely stuck with the Michelin's. Only later did I find out why the Sumitomo tires were pushed on my stepfather, see #2 below. Lessons learned: 1. Only go with the brand of tires you want and have had success with in the past, the last brand of tire I tried weren't up to par either. 2. Avoid Tire Kingdom/Midas/Big O Tires or any other company owned by the TBC Corporation (guess who owns the TBC Corp......SUMITOMO!!!!!!) since they won't stand behind their self products. 3. Sumitomo tires definitely aren't the same or better quality as Michelin for a lower price. Sumitomo tires are sub-par. 4. My fire department uses Michelin brand tires on our vehicles for a reason. They might be a little more expensive BUT, you get what you pay for in the end! Sumitomo, it's subsidiaries, and all the companies it owns have lost a customer for life. I will not hesitate to let anyone know what brand of tire and tire shop to avoid. From now on, I will stick to the independent shop we have used for years but is 15 miles further down the road. Horrible experience! Drove in and Bought 4 tires. Drove out with car vibrating. Couldn't return immediately because had to go to airport. Returned the following week to be LIED to!!! They insisted I was "shown" my wheels were bent-LIE! Then I was told 99.99% of the time the customer is told immediately. Then I'm shown a BOGUS photocopy of paperwork indicating 2 bent wheels on passenger side. Interestingly, their remedy today was to put the bent wheels on rear axle since I have front wheel drive, but when I left last week they were BOTH on passenger side. Why didn't they think of it last week?!? BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH! Warning for anybody getting new tires, check your wheels BEFORE new tires are mounted, so you aren't one of the 0.01% like I am. Bad Customer Service. read more

While staying at the Fairfield Inn in Clermont all of our rims and tires were stolen from our vehicle. We were in Clermont on our way to Disney (from Texas). We had to get a rental car to continue our trip. Our rims had to be special ordered and Tire Kingdom went above and beyond in helping us get what we needed. They even drove over to the hotel and mounted the tires there and drove the vehicle back to their shop to finish it up. read more

This location seemed understaffed. They open at 7am which is nice and early since they do not accept reservations on all services. I walked in at 7:10 and walked out at 7:20 without actually seeing an employee. I heard some management type fire one of the techs over the phone but never saw the guy. I have been coming to this location for a while. Fernando seems to always remember my name, Eric has always tried to do right by me and my family. I do admit that they aren't full upfront with the exact time a vehicle should be ready. This is perhaps their greatest flaw. If they tell me 1.5hrs, I expect it then. Unfortunately, either the front staff are just saying what people want to hear or the mechanics in the back are not buying into the time frame, who knows. I would recommend they get this worked on. That would be my only warning to would be customers. Other than that I figured it was time for me to write a review as this location is definitely not as bad as some believe. True, I am sure they have failed these customers in the manner they are describing, but in my experience they have tried to always do right by the customer. This has been my experience only and I am sure many would disagree. They are not a true 5/5 but they work hard to be. They have many areas to improve on, and hopefully thy continue to grow as professionals in their field. read more
