Do not use the Colerain location. The are shady. I took my car in for a simple serpentine belt change, nothing was wrong other than that. After charging me 700 plus dollars, they then had my check engine light on when I went to pick it up. After showing the manager on duty that my light was now on, he advised me he could look at why but would have to charge me. I actually have the manager on camera stating he is aware it wasn't on at first, but " stuff happens " I could pay to have it looked at or " take it to a dealer, zbd see what the charge you" how is this legal? Thinking I need to look into litigation at thus point. read more

This place is EXCELLENT!!! Definitely come here over the horrible glenway location. The customer service here is DEFINITELY top notch. As far as my experience here I got a nail in my tire literally right before closing time. DAKOTA went out of her way to make sure she fit me in and had me back on the road even if it went past closing time! They always make sure the customer is happy !!... Glenway is rude and really dont care about the customer if they close soon then u have to wait !! And put u on hold for an insane amount of time... Had a low tire pressure light come on while we were on a road trip, and wanted to get it checked out. We found this place just from driving by, so we stopped in and told them the situation and told us it would be about an hour and a half and $35 for the repair. Well, they pulled our car in about 10 minutes later and they were finished altogether in less than an hour. Thankfully they found the screw that was in our tire, and repaired it. They gave us our keys back and didn't even charge us for the repair. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars though is because of the unprofessional interaction I had to witness between one of the technicians confronting the sales guy. He was using profanity and speaking very ill of the customer. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially since my car was still being worked on at that time. I'm not from this area, but would I use this location again? Probably, because I wouldn't let one bad seed outshine the other really great associates here. I found the Pirelli's Cinturado P4 all-season SAME exact tire through a reputable retailer (discount tire). I asked if they could price match and they said no because She already bought the tires. I don't want to return them although I would based on the service I received. I just want to get a better value for what I paid. I had my tires rotated on Saturday. I started driving my car for the first time going to work this morning. My car starts vibrating and i keep moving on to work onto highway. I called when i arrived at work and made an appointment for after work. On my way to the location after work my car started jerking and vibrating out of control. I had to stop the next tire discounters which was a mile away. They went to tighten my tire and they asked where i took it to. I told them the Dent location and they advised me to call the manager back. They only hand tightened the bolts and were surprised the tire didn't come off. Everyone I've talked to tells me I could have been seriously injured or killed if the tire would have came off when I was on the highway. Manager Matt handled the complaint better than most businesses. He was sincerely apologetically. Matt was amazing through the whole process and has great customer service. I don't hold him accountable for his employees mistake. He even escalated it to his boss so I could speak with him. He assured me they would review their policy with all Cincinnati staff at each location. They offered me a premium oil change to say sorry which I gladly accepted. I'm glad to see even if there is a mistake some businesses take care of the customer instead of trying to pass the blame. Their customer service brought this review from a 1 star to a 3. read more

DONT GO THERE! They intentionally did something to my son's tire that is now going to cost me an extra $400. After they looked at my car and called me with a very high estimate for a coil and spark plugs, I decided to get a second opinion because the car is old and I don't have a lot of money. They were very upset about that and rude. When I went to pick up the car nobody would look at us or talk to us and we noticed that there was something wrong with the tire that wasn't there before. When we took it to the second mechanic there was a $400 repair to the tire that was suddenly needed. That means tire discounters got mad and intentionally did something to the car before we picked it up and now I have to pay an extra $400 to have this part repaired. So the bottom line is don't take your car there I wouldn't trust them and if they get mad at you they will intentionally destroy another part on your car. It's very disappointing that someone would be that unethical. if tired discounters wants to make good of this I am positive they will know how to reach me. Two days before I was suppose to have an oil change, an alignment, new rear brakes, and tire balancing. After my new brakes were installed they squeaked more than before, my wheeled jiggled so bad on highway I could hardly hold on to the wheel, and my wheel pulled to the right. I brought it back to have it realigned, tires to be balanced correctly and found out again that my roaters had not been ground for the new brakes. The brakes still squeak but it is driving better. If I didnt have a life time on my brakes and that I have insurance for wheel alignment I would not go back. I thought changing locations might improve my chances of getting reliable service but I was wrong. Very unhappy customer. read more

Years ago, I stopped at a Tire Discounters with a nail in a tire. I asked the cost to remove the nail and patch the tire. Told it was $15, I said go ahead. The job was done in less than 20 minutes. When I was ready to pay, I was told there would be no charge. I was impressed. Next time I needed tires, I went to that Tire Discounters and was quite satisfied. Since then, I've taken my tire needs only to Tire Discounters and each visit reinforces that I made the right choice in doing so. Recently, I needed my tires rotated early in the morning for an impending trip. I called and I was told to be there by 8am and I'd be out by 8:30. Turned out I was second in line at 8am. They got me out the door by 8:20. And every step of the way, I was treated with respect. I've told friends how good Tire Discounters is. I've taken my car here for a very long time to get serviced. However, I just had one of my tires blowout so badly on Sunday on my way to work that it came off the rim. I took it to sams club to have them check it out to see if I could put it back on and it turns out that all of my tires had been over inflated by about twice their normal amount. The last time I had them inflated was when I got an oil change about two weeks ago. I always bring my car back to have the tires balanced and rotated. It is always hard to get any location that wants to do the job. I pulled in yesterday because the bays were empty. After they pulled my car out front after working on it I noticed that one tire did not have a valve stem on it. I knew that that tire did not have a cover on it and expected them to replace it. That tire was in the same position on the car when then pulled it in. Did they even remove the tires from my car? I questioned Brad about the valve stem and he said that was not right. I then asked Brad if the tire pressure was checked and he questions the service tech and the reply was no. Did they do anything to my car? I asked Brad about the tire being in the same position and his response was they probably just got my tires mixed up. read more

fantastic service. examined my vehicle and tires in front of me, quoted the price which was lower than bob sumeral down the street. when i went back to pay the.computer added about ten dollars to the quote. i didnt even say anything when the gentleman stated he didnt know why it came out higher and that i would only need to pay him what he quoted me. took about a half hour less than he.originally thought and i got a better quality tire than bob sumeral has been pushing on me at a cheaper price. also did not try to upsell me on anything and delivered exactly what i needed-quality tire since i keep having sidewall issues with another brand, and at a cheaper price. thank you for the great loyal and fast service and taking care of me and my vehicle. i will be returning! read more
