After being told for the 3rd time that "I don't know if we can fix this" by the store manager, and being asked if I could fix their mistakes or know someone who could. I loaded my car on a tow truck and went home. They broke a wheel stud, got a lug nut stuck sideways in my wheel. Left grease, scratches, and hand prints all over the front of the car. Broke hub cap covers and cross threaded the screws to those hub covers. At least the ones that they decided to put in. They drained my battery by leaving the key on and the engine fan running. They did not have a jump box to crank the car back up. I had to use the one from the tow truck and jump the car off myself. To top everything off. The wheels weren't balanced and the lug nuts were loose and not torqued to spec. After being assured by Shane Barron that they would make it right because "We always will." I've sent them a bill for the cost of repairs and can now get zero communication from them.
