They replace a tire with a nail in it. Then he said the front struts were leaking. Ford dealer said they were just dirty and not leaking. Be careful with this business and go get a second opinion before having any work done. read more

A few weeks back I had this Goodyear store do a wheel alignment on my pickup, they charged me $179. Last week my pickup started pulling hard to the right again so I had a small garage check it out, in the town that I live in. They determined that the lower ball joints are worn out and need to be replaced. They walked me to the garage area and showed me so I could see for myself. They said that the Goodyear tech should have told me about the ball joint issue. So now I have to get the lower ball joints replaced and then the front-end needs to be aligned again, which costs $89 at this garage. So the $179 that I paid this Goodyear store was a TOTAL waste of money and obviously overpriced. I personally have serious doubts about any of the positive reviews of this Goodyear store, I for one will never do business with it again. read more

This place is great! About a year ago my tire pressure warning came on and I was near this location. I asked them to check my tire, I did have to wait for a little bit but I really couldn't go anywhere on a flat anyway so, no problem. They patched my tire, I asked how much and they said they don't charge!!! 5 days ago after some roofers left the property where we live and I get another tire pressure warning.....roofing nail.....grrrrr. The tire could not be patched so I had to buy new tires. I had to wait for them to be ordered so they put my spare on and I waited for the tires to come in. I am happy with the price and the service I received. read more

Screwed me over so bad I just had to write a Review !!! Since I'm single and a single Mom and didn't go in there with a husband or boyfriend they told me they were busy and I had to wait ...2 hours later and they said Ma'am we can't fix your tire the nail is too close to the side wall they put my spare on for me after they tried to sell me a " cheap " tire at 100....120 !!!! .... Guess what ??? I took it to a Real Mechanic ! A good shop !!! China Spring Oil and lube run by Greg ....in China spring ... He said the nail was nowhere near the side wall....fixed me up in 15 min and charged me a small fee :) and sent me on my way !!! Do not go to Goodyear unless you want them to take half your money and be treated badly !!!!! read more

Possibly the worst place you can go to. They will lie to you about things needing replaced and even break a part just to make you buy a new one with a 200% mark up. The first time I used them for break repair,they broke the bleeder valve off one of my brake calipers and actually took a grinder to my new break pads to get them to fit in the caliper because they didn't want to admit to breaking anything to avoid having to replace it at their cost. After they mistakenly slipped up about the brake pads,I told them to put all new pads on and replace my caliper they broke at their cost and I was not paying for it. They refused to release my vehicle until I paid them for their sloppy mechanical work. Against my better judgment I had to go back at a different time for more brake work. (It was an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, I couldn't find anyone else who had time to do it) Yes they broke more parts,over charged foe the work and yet again refused to release my vehicle unless I paid for all of the repairs including the parts their guys broke. I will never go back no matter how if it's an emergency or not,I will just wait until the beginning of the week and miss work to get it done correctly. read more

Came in for an oil change on my fairly new car. They found a lot of things that needed to be 'tended' to. It jacked up the bill an additional 70$. I politely declined. Currently still waiting for my car after they told me it would be 10 more minutes. That was 40 minutes ago. A FEW DAYS LATER: turns out they didn't air up my tires even though they said they rotated them. First time that's happened, so now I'm curious if they even rotated them. There is also this clicking noise that occurs when the air is on, also something that I didn't notice until after the oil change. read more

We received excellent service here yesterday after our car had trouble while driving on I-35 on our way to Austin. This was the nearest Goodyear, and I am so glad we stopped. Honestly, I wish we lived in Waco so we could be regular customers at this location. The two guys who were up front when we arrived were friendly, helpful, honest, and very efficient. I have been to this place several times, and just like any other place they want to sell you more services, but one thing I can say is I trust these guys to not try to oversell me, they tell me what is a priority to be fixed, and what can wait. The building is a little dated and the lobby area is kinda bland, but they have the latest equipment at least from what I can tell, I have bought tires from them for 2 sets of cars and have saved money each time compared to what I would normally spend at other places. read more

I was passing through Waco on I-35 in May. My Lexus GX470 suddenly showed an overheated engine. I had the car towed to the Waco Goodyear Auto Service Center. We arrived around 6p. They diagnosed the problem (faulty temperature gauge) and repaired it. They had to stay past their closing hours to fix it. They were very kind, helpful, efficient and correct. They did a great, great job! I'd highly recommend them for any repair. Also, the price they charged was very reasonable and they didn't charge extra for having to stay late. read more

I have been going to Goodyear for years in a previous location, and recently moved to Waco. When my oil change came due, I knew I needed to stay with Goodyear. However, I was more than shocked that I have never received such honest and top-notch customer service until coming to the Goodyear in Waco. They explain everything thoroughly. They show you the alignment printout! I have been getting alignments regularly for years, and this was the first time I have ever seen one! Pulled into an empty lot on a Sunday and found one customer in the lobby. Asked about an oil change and was met with a sigh ( no mention of a delay in service). Provided info requested then returned car for my family. One and a half hours later I was called to the counter and told my vehicle was done but that I needed $1400 worth of tires. Needless to say the guy behind the counter was not happy when I declined stating I could get them at my usual source for 35% less than that (same tire). He offered to beat the price but I declined, paid the bill and went to retrieve my vehicle which was "ready". My family and i commenced to stand out in the heat another 20 minutes watching our car sit on the hoist, with no tires, and with no one attending to it. Two hours after we walked in (only 3 others in store) we left with our vehicle. Hope nothing was done as poorly as the customer service. read more
