So glad that I did, as the customer service that I received from Brad and Tino was both knowledgeable and outstanding. Tino was able to find a nail that was causing a slow leak, and was able to remove it. He identified the leak's level using a modern tech tool that displayed the amount of air I would lose within my drive. A good guy with a great personality, Tino got it fixed within thirty minutes, and I was able to get on the road much quicker than expected and have a productive day. Went in to get a new set of tires. Salesman talked me into getting a much more expensive set of tires which he said would be heavily discounted if I also got a good year credit card at the same time and also did the mail in rebate. After they installed the tires they charged me the full price even though I got the good year credit card. When I complained the manager stepped in and said I needed to get the Goodyear credit card earlier and then pay for the tires with it. I said fine then do a quick return transaction and I'll pay again with the Goodyear credit card. He refused and said they're not allowed to do that. We argued for like 20 minutes and he would barely let me get a sentence out before interrupting me and telling me how this was my fault for somehow not knowing I should have made the purchase with the Goodyear credit card even though I was never told this. Then to top it all off Goodyear never responded to my mail in rebate. In the end I spent a few hundred dollars more than I was told I would be paying. If they have treated me fair I would gladly have given this business decades of my business. Instead I will never go there again. read more

Love this business. We have been there three different times for different vehicles for various needs. Tune up. Brakes and tires. All three times they were very professional and took care of our cars in a timely fashion. No appointment needed is the best thing but you can expect to wait if you don't have a scheduled time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been coming to this place for about 5 years. They were ok for the 1st 3 then have been getting progressively worse. I've bought 2 sets from them and each time I come in they can't pull up my paperwork or warranty's. I used to come in for oil changes and they would conveniently find "major" repairs that needed to be done. I got second opinions from other tire shops and mechanics finding out what I was told wasn't true. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started going to their competitors. I've also had to get my oil filter tightened up after an oil change due to it leaking because it wasn't tightened enough. Also have had multiple wheel studs broken. The managers take NO ownership on any problems that occur...Not impressed.... read more

Brought in a set of aluminum OEM BMW wheels to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Whatever machine they used to dismount/mount the tires left marks/gouges down to the bare aluminum on the inside barrel of all 4 wheels (and in some cases also left very sharp burrs). When they removed the existing wheel weights, they left scrapes down to the bare aluminum. While these are my winter wheels, I still care about them. I expect a tire shop should be able to work on aluminum wheels without damaging them. read more

You know when you have that one place you rely on for all your car needs and then you move away from home to start over again...well, this place made the transition so easy! Brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation. They were a little busy, but got me on the schedule for the next day. That was easy, called about my 60k Maintenance and was pleasantly surprised at the price and had it done in a day.

Highly disappointed in the standards at this location and the downtown location. My new tire search began with calling around to a few places and good year offering the best price overall for four new tires for my vehicle. I was so excited to get a price that almost matched online prices. I figured Good Year is a reputable company right? What could go wrong? I went ahead and ordered my new set of tires with them and they arrived the next day. After my vehicle spent most of the day at this location (even though I was quoted a couple of hours) I finally received the call that my vehicle was done. I picked up my vehicle and drove home and it was late so I didn't do any other driving. The next day I woke up and had to run some errands. I immediately noticed my front tires had an extreme wobble to them and the truck was pulling to the right which was not happening before the tire install. (This is the second time I would go to good year). After calling and speaking to someone there I brought the vehicle back and they explained that they had just switched balance weights and that the ones they use now ARE NOT as good as they used to be and it must have fallen off the front tire as it was out of balance again (Why would you tell a customer your products are bad and continue to use them?). After they had my vehicle for an extended period of time, I was able to get back on the road and run my other errands when I noticed that the pulling right issue was still present. I was getting frustrated at this point and called back again the next day. I was told by the employee over the telephone "I'm sorry, we weren't able to get it up on the rack yesterday so we didn't get to look at that issue. Why don't you bring it back?" Not to mention, uh... If you weren't able to fix one of the issues because you were too busy why would you hand me back my keys and tell me "You're good to go!" on my second visit back? So the next day I brought my vehicle back for a third time and was told they would get to it when they could. I ended up grabbing some lunch for an hour or so and ended up going home via Uber expecting it to be awhile. As soon I got home I received a call from an employee explaining my tires were to big to get on the alignment rack. HOW. IN. THE. WORLD. Could you guys not know this before I brought my vehicle back for a third time? You knew my tire size because you've dealt with my three times now. Come on guys! I was told I could go to the downtown location where they have a larger alignment rack. I called the downtown location and explained what was going. The employee here was fairly rude employee and apparently he was someone doesn't have a very large vocabulary because his only reply each time I spoke was an awkward "alright". In the end I didn't end up going to the later appt. as I no longer trust good year to preform adept services. It appears that once they have your money they no longer care for you or the problems they have caused you. I highly suggest paying a little more if it is your case and going elsewhere. Terrible service. Terrible management. The only thing that I could expect from them is complete failure. I took my car in to get aligned, they said I needed a new ball joint and hub bearing first. I spent $600 having to do it. They tried three times to install the bearing, but were too incompetent to do so, over the course of three plus days. My vehicle was then returned to me from them and they had forgotten to put the castle nut and the coffee pin in the lower ball joint. There's not too many parts on a vehicle that require a castle nut and cotter pin to prevent failure, and terrible accidents. Driving home the ball joint came out ripping the axel in half making me swerve due to the tire smashing back against the fender while damaging it. The manager Bradley White, so "graciously" agreed to make the car drivable again, but refused to pay for the body damages. Come to them and you're gambling with your life. Glad I'm writing this review and not laying in my own casket. read more
