I had a screw in my back tire and unfortunately it was not repairable and fortunately I have a matching spare mounted on the back so I was able to get on the road while I wait for my special ordered tire to arrive. They inspected all 4 tires and put the bad tire and rim in my rig and installed the spare and they had told me they charged $35 for flats and they didn't want to charge me. The service advisor attending to me said he wasn't going to charge me because he didn't fix the tire. Man I tell you all they didn't to get me back on the road in 30 minutes was worth a lot more than $35 so here I'm am doing my best to show how grateful I am for a shop that wants to gain all my future business.
