The car had under 500 miles on it and was in pristine condition when I dropped it off. When I got the car back, it had serious damage that did not exist before. The center lock nut and seat were damaged beyond repair, leaving me with over $6,250 in repair costs to correct the damage caused while the vehicle was in their care. Initially, the owner acknowledged there was an issue and told me he would cover the repair costs after he caught his employee lying about what happened. However, the moment he saw the actual repair bill, his attitude completely changed. Instead of honoring what he said, he became rude, dismissive, and started changing his story multiple times. Rather than taking responsibility for damage done to a customer's vehicle, he chose to argue, deflect blame, and lecture me about business, which was both unprofessional and insulting. The conversation quickly turned into excuses and contradictions. It became clear that customer accountability and honesty are not priorities here. For a business entrusted with people's vehicles--especially high-value vehicles--this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If a shop makes a mistake, the professional thing to do is stand behind the work and make it right. That did not happen here. What should have been a quick and simple wheel repair turned into thousands of dollars in damage and a frustrating experience dealing with a business owner who repeatedly changed his story. As a member of the Porsche Club of America, I will absolutely be sharing this experience with other enthusiasts so they can make informed decisions about where they trust their vehicles. If you care about your car, especially a high-end or specialty vehicle, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.

I took it back again and showed them, and they said they would get me another wheel. but when I asked them to put that wheel on my spare, because I had already got it ceramic coated, he charged me half price on the extra wheel, at full cost, not even at what they could buy them for at the time. The 4 valves I bought are to replace the valve that ken and his shop did not return to me. They only installed 4 of my 8 valves and never gave the other 4 back to me!! These guys will rip you off any chance they get and lie to you about it. These guys are the reason real custom shops get bad names. This shop should not even be open. Update your crap job you did on my truck. I have replaced the front air bags 4 times now. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the crap plates my front airbags sit on because the way they are now the plates have punctured holes in 3 sets of bags and because of the way the plates sit my bags don't sit right when I go up and down. On a bright note, I just paid some to install the 4 other valve you said I didn't need even though my valves are one way valves and I need all 8 valves to make it work right. (Side note you know the 4 vavle of mine that you put on the nice blue chevy c10 long bed truck on your facebook page.) Also had my 4 link fixed because you pushed my reared forward 1 1/2 inches and caused some driveline problems along with some transmission leaking due to the poor placement of my 4 lin . So I ask again what are you gonna do to make this right. I went there on 22 Aug 2025 knowing I needed four new tires. I did not make an appointment as I did…read morenot see in their add where one was needed.(That was a plus) Once I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman named Matthew. He was very young, but very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I asked him to please look at my tires and let me know how many tires he believed I needed replacing. I watched through the window and I could see he spent time looking at each tire before walking back in. He notified me that I needed all four tires replaced. He went over a couple types of tires, knowing I only needed them for local driving. He took down my information and I received a text notifying me of the status of the estimated time of repair. I expected it to be a 40 minute wait time. 15 minutes later Matthew came over and let me know that my car was finished. A half an hour prior to when I thought it would be finished. I received a military discount, and was asked if I had a AAA card for another discount. I felt as if Matthew was insuring I was getting the best deal possible. He also went over everything as far as when I could come in for a free tire rotation, air, blowouts. He definitely made me feel I came to the right place for service. Used high quality coats and paints, will update on the quality after some time, but so far looks factory clean on the outside, it's a bummer that I got the inside of my lights a little dirty (all my fault) but Oleg tried his best to clean that as well with plastic safe alcohol which was just right and not too strong to ruin the reflectors.
