They were able to perform the alignment without an issue and pointed out some things I might want to get taken care of eventually and they didn't BS me with an extra $1000 that I supposedly "needed". Thank you for saving me a big chunk of change! Overall customer service was great, overall price was slightly under the rest for a 4-wheel alignment ($79.95) versus $80+ elsewhere. Was finished in about 30 minutes. Will definitely be considering this location the next time I need tires.

(And I had a had time believing they all developed in the last week on both vehicles) The manager gave a bunch of excuses as to how the shop I had gone to must have missed these issues. So I declined the work and I then had two other shops re-diagnose both vehicles and both shops came back with the same recommendations which were about 1/4 of the list this shop had recommended. This shop strikes me as a shop that capitalizes on folks who aren't knowledgeable about mechanical repairs.

Paid to have a rear axel seal (twice) put in my jeep. Went to another business to have some…read moremaintenance done on the tj. They said said the previously mentioned seal was leaking. The new shop investigated and found that Commercial Tire gouged my axel shaft with an angle grinder (when they were cutting off what the needed to cut off to replace the seal). Bad enough that they damaged my property and didn't say anything, but rather filled the gouge with silicone ( are you shitting me?) put it back together and sent me on my way, to have issues later. The oddasicity is mind boggling as well as insulting. To their credit they did pay for the new axel shaft, and I did get an apology. Regardless, I will never use this business again.

Rogers is the Goto. Their inspection alone is worth the $95! Rogers takes pictures of every problem and gives a detailed description and recommendation of repair. Really helps a home mechanic plan the next step. I'll continue to take my fleet vehicles to Rogers, and use there diagnostic service when I don't know what I don't know.
