Even though I spoke with someone a few days prior to confirm the make, model and trim style of my truck. The next day was Sunday, and I couldn't be without a vehicle for another day. I asked why it took so long to discover their error, and the man gave an excuse that they were down a man, and that they had 30 cars that day. They take walk ins, but stress that appointments take priority. There's no way, they had 30 cars scheduled before my 10 am appointment. I told him I was coming to pick up my truck. When I got there it took over 45 min to put the original tires back on. I could see the employees through the window, and they moved extremely slow. I could've put the tires on faster myself.
