As expected my life was turned upside down because the mitigation process required the floor to be replaced so you can imagine my daily routines were definitely interrupted. I was driving and saw this purple van. It reminded me that I needed to get my upstairs shower fixed cuz I noticed there were water stains on the ceiling downstairs. I looked up Tip Top Restoration and spoke with Ruben. I'm so glad I did because there's so much more than meets the eye for this repair. The last time this happened, the repair man just stopped the leak and repainted the ceiling. However, Ruben explained that there could be mold inside the walls. Upon returning my furniture they left many cardboard boxes and blankets on an adjacent balcony (ON TOP OF DRAINS) they had no authorization to even access. The boxes and blankets were out of sight so I had no idea they were there until it rained the balcony flooded and it went into the garage underneath the balcony. Everything has been documented and times stamped yet they refused to take any responsibility. Rather than making things right I was forced to go the legal route which was unfortunate and totally avoidable how they've been honorable.
