I requested a car service upon arrival from Smiddy and gave them the tail number and city of origin so that they could track the flight. I requested two seat boosters for safety. I had other car services scheduled with them and decided to cancel them and use a different service. I am this family's assistant, and when things like this happen, I look bad. 3/23/2014 - My credit card was charged $260 when it should have only been $90. It was only a 15-minute transfer. Our claim: They should have tracked the flight with the information provided, and there was no reason for not having the seat boosters or for being rude. Not even an apology. My advice: Never again!
