We booked a vehicle for 7 passengers to go from Denver to vail. We indicated that we would have 7…read morechecked bags and 6 pairs of skis. The vehicle was far far too small to accommodate our group. We had to pile luggage inside the passenger cabin resulting in an extremely unsafe environment (multiple hard sided suitcases stacked between seats, ski bags stacked across the rows). If there had been any sort of disruption or accident we would have been in an extremely dangerous situation (ski bay flying through the window, roller suitcases smashing into someone's head). Additionally, the driver was completely apathetic about the situation and made no effort to help. When I called the dispatch service to ask for another vehicle they essentially laughed at me. The customer service here was atrocious and the result was a highly dangerous drive over a mountain pass. I would not recommend this $1000 "luxury service" to anyone ever. Do not use silver mountain express - there are lots of better alternatives.

The email confirmation was for two trips on my day of arrival. I called and got the confirmation corrected. 4 days prior to my arrival, I called RMBC and asked how will the driver contact me and pick up location. i explained to Craig it was my first time at DIA and was a senior traveling alone for the first time since my husband passed. He said the driver would be call me upon my flight landing. I received no call and when I called RMBC- i was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes. ??? I was picked up 45 minutes after my call. I called RMBC and was told by Craig my reservation did not get changed with their new booking system. "it happens- not the drivers fault. He gave me a credit of $75.00.and offered to cancel the return trip to DIA on 12/28/24.He agreed that he remembered my confirmation call a few days prior. I like to give second chances, but the nice sedan did not show up-but an Uber driver who got lost and did not have WIFI to find the way out of the mountains. I was trying to call my family for help. Finally-the driver connected to maps. He drove above speed limit, texted while driving and was accepting Uber rides as we neared the airport Dropped me off at arrivals instead of departures. I called Craig at RMBC who offered a refund. Truthfully at my age-I just wanted a safe and predictable car service experience comparable to what I have at my homes in San Francisco and DC.

He even stopped for us to get some lunch, since our party consists of 4 adults and three boys (ages, 15, 12 and 6). The ride to Vail was smooth and steady, despite occasional snow shower and snow flurry. Vailcoach took us back to Denver....right on time for us to leaisurely check in, get something to eat and board the plane. They timed it exactly, projecting traffic conditions on a weekday afternoon hitting Denver outskirt at 5 PM (rush hour). Again the driver was excellent. It was indeed the best deal in town in terms of costs as well. We definitely will use them again, when we go back to Vail. For added value, both drivers knew much about the area and what it offers and was very helpful in giving us tips that made our vacation that much more comfortable and fun. This included informing us that we don't need a car in Vail and how the local transportation took us everywhere we needed to go, as well as a 25% on ski rentals
