When I called him to find out the price he was very professional, had the best price, and it was very honest. I literally would like to go to Colorado more often just so he can drive me around. The next day he drove our family safely. He was very kind, polite, and humble. Don't waste your money or time with anyone else! He's the best in town!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would. In their advertising they note they cover the Denver area. when I texted to set up a ride for a friend on Medicaid, that I had done several times before, they denied the requested Medicaid ride. Not only was the response from the owner short and unprofessional, it took 2 days for even a response.(his response being "no, not at this time") I had called 2 weeks prior to schedule my return trip home from Littleton and it took 4 days for a response and it was only after I voiced my concerns on line, and the reason I was given was because the company phones were down. weird considering not only did I contact their office several times I had reached out on the owners personal cell phone and was given the same excuse. They came and got me after the hassle and asked me to change my star review from a 1 because it was really affecting their number ... so I did. This action of them denying a persons ride to Denver for medical reasons, I feel, is out of spite from the owner due to underlining personal issues towards me personally. I requested a pickup and was told will tell driver to be there by 10:15 cuz usually run late. 11am, still no ride. Called said a few minutes out. 11:45 still no ride. Called again and said started late, but never an update from the dispatcher who is one of the owners. Hmmmmm i just needed a ride to get my truck from shop 2.5 miles away. Called and told them to forget picking me up. Got ride from granddaughter who came home for lunch at noon. Had Dr appt in Junction at 1:30 and told this to the owner. So, at 12:40, I get a call from the driver saying he was there at my front door even after I canceled the ride.... WOWWWWW SUCH POOR SERVICE. NO APOLOGIES EITHER. I made a reservation for a pickup last Thursday 11/3 for 10:15 am. At 10:30 no one had showed up so I called them and the person answering the phone said he would call be right back with the status of my driver. I called him back at 10:40 and 10:50 and he never picked up the phone or called me back. At that time my only option was to drive my own car and leave it at the airport. At 11:10 am one of his drivers called to tell me they were on their way. That was one hour late. I would not trust this person to use them again. My name is Ross Hunter and I use Sean's services daily and I have been for about a year now, we travel roughly 100 miles a day one way and we have requested our pick up time be 4:30am everyday and Sean himself drives us 90% of the time... We ride in luxury vehicles that are clean, up kept, smells good, comfortable and above all he is very professional as a business owner and more importantly he is very passionate about HIPPA and confidentiality as a business owner servicing the medical field should.... Sean and his driver's are always in button down shirts and slacks with company logo, name and number... I feel Sean has created a service for his peers based in the manner in which he wants to be treated if the tables were turned and it shows... I previously used another "Taxi" service in the "valley" and it was a joke,she was very disrespectful and put every patients business on front street with the elementary mindset of " you don't like it, get gone I've got a waiting list and really don't care if your a customer or not"" it was short lived and thankfully I was approached and put into contact with Sean and I am so relieved that he followed through with what he promised and has 100% held himself accountable, to a standard that you don't see anymore let alone continued respect that is genuine...
