The…read moreweather was bad and we had a hailstorm and lightning preventing us from traversing the pass until the storm blew over. We were stuck with a bunch of other passengers from our shuttle. They hurried across and made it, but we didn't get to the trailhead until 4:30. Dolly's shuttle didn't wait for us, knowing the conditions and despite the insistance of the other hikers. We were stranded without cell service in the area. When we finally were able to text them, they said they'd come back in 1.5 hours and charge us an additional $110. Their policy is a 15 minute grace period. We were able to hitchhike down, but lost the money from the original booking. We also had the shuttle booked for the return trip. After which, they texted us requesting we send a tip. Here's a tip: be more considerate of your customers.

Our flight was delayed and when we arrived, they wanted us to pay for the ride again, $250+tax for 23 miles. They have no empathy for any passengers who were stranded at the airport overnight.
