Convenient location and easy walking to Elk Ave. Rooms are on the small side and are a little tired, but are clean and cheerful. All of the rooms have noise cancelling machines to help combat the lack of insulation in the walls. While not loud, you will hear everything going on around you.

Coffee, tea and hot cocoa is also available throughout the day. I think what sets this place apart is its cozy atmosphere and extra little touches such as freshly baked cookies daily at 4pm, and complimentary red wine served from 4 to 5pm. The staff is also very friendly. The heated ski storage is incredibly convenient during the ski season, and the shuttle to the slopes is just a few steps away. While breakfast was good, the space is not set up for it and it can get crowded quickly. I wish they'd open earlier than 7:30 during ski season. The warm savory and sweet pastries were delicious, and there is yogurt, fruits, boiled eggs, toast, oatmeal and cereals. Enough for us to start the day off right! Overall, we'd definitely return when visiting Crested Butte!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and rented out the Teocalli King Room. The sheets and bathrobes were nice, and the stand-in shower was excellent. It was quite cozy with plenty of room, storage space, and amenities to make it as comfortable of a stay as possible. Not to mention the direct access to the hot tub was a plus, which was a great addition. The host, Chris, is a superb cook and prepares a high-quality breakfast every morning of a variety of delicacies. I'm not even a fan of eggs but his Southwestern frittata has made me a believer now. He's very attentive to allergies as well and will always do his best to accommodate. My wife has a severe gluten allergy and he was always sure to supply a substitute. The only other thing he hosted regularly was beer tastings at 5, which we were unable to attend due to our plans, but he does have a nice selection of brews stored for it. The views from the B&B are great and it's located just a short walk from Elk Ave, where you'll find all the main shops and restaurants. Even closer is the bus stop that'll take you up the mountain. Overall, I cannot recommend Purple Mountain B&B for your stay. For the price point, the amenities, and level of service you're getting, it can't be beat. Definitely staying here again when we come back some day.

Every morning at breakfast he cooks something delicious and lets everyone know what is going on around town that day and can provide good suggestions on hikes/trails and also on restaurants. We stayed in the Crested Butte room which was cozy and reasonably priced; also took the cruiser bikes for a spin around town that are provided for our use. We LOVED our stay and absolutely will return the next time we head to Crested Butte.

After we called dispatch twice (because of no answer), they said because of construction, the shuttle was coming early and they sent us a text but the text didn't go through. They could see the text didn't go through (they told us that) and they didn't try and notify us. We weren't ready an hour early and were going to miss the shuttle, and all the dispatch said was too bad, you can take the next shuttle and miss your flight. The driver was nice and waited for us (and even told us there was no reason to go early because there is no traffic) but the dispatch has no customer service and is not helpful.

Not all the sites would accommodate this larger a rig except for the motorhome sites at the front, which during the time we were renting was not allowed for fifth wheels. We have no problem with the other site that they put it now just be aware ! The owners are sooo kind. I had a work package mailed there by mistake and they didn't mind and held it for me! Yes, they do have a lot of signs about where your pet can and cannot go, I would say if you plan on having your dog run around this is not the place for you. But they have plenty of spots to go potty, and they're conveniently located across the street from a beautiful trail! Your dog will love walking on that, instead!! We really enjoyed our stay, would come back
