Pedicure was fine. I paid for a deluxe and didn't think there was anything deluxe about it - short massage and pretty basic all around pedicure. My tech was on her Bluetooth chatting for a solid ten minutes to someone on the phone - super relaxing for me. The kicker was they have $3 off $25 advertised for checking in on Yelp then they wouldn't take it. I hate false advertising like this so I won't be back! read more

I hesitated to write this but really needed to express how I was treated. I made an appt at 1000 am for a mani pedi French dip/ reg toe polish-for 3 pm. I showed on time. I waited 40 mins then when the lead girl realized I was about to walk out she seated me. There were two other waiting clients with me. The salon seemed be very busy but a crowd of loudly gossiping local women really destroyed the ambiance of the salon. Not that there really was one to begin with. When seated the manicurist didnt really want to do what I had requested. But she was not informed either of what I made an appt for. Once she realized what I wanted she did a nice job with the treatment. However, My dip mani was done without any cuticle care or finishing to my hands. No trimming or lotion just final clear coat. They moved me abruptly from the mani station to the pedicure chair. It was as if the manicurist was exhausted and couldn't be bothered. She was pressured on to the next client. The pedicurest did a nice job and actually spoke to me. She was very sweet. Then she finished and the lead girl came around pushing me out the door. My toes weren't even dry and she wanted me to leave in 25' degree weather in the salon flips. It was 530 by this time. The hours of the salon were post until 7 pm. It Wasn't my fault that she had a different agenda. She shouldn't accepted my appt if it was to much trouble for the service to be provided.The salon still had clients so I stayed to not mess up the polish. Then 10 mins later I just put my shoes on and left as I felt she was in a hurry to close the shop. The pedicure was not relaxing, even though the sweet girl did her best. I just felt on edge with what was going on in the salon. So to me it was a waste of time and money. And to boot my toe polish was messed up but I prefer to drive home in shoes. There was no real welcoming service or appreciation for me being a paying client.with the lead girl. No English really from her accept My name and this is what you pay. No apology for rushing me out. I tell you I barely said a word in the salon so it wasn't my behavio. She was just rude to her clients. Not a relaxing spa to go to and me being new in town now, I know all the town dirty laundry. I really didn't appreciate leaving with others negative energy. This salon is really just there to take your money. It was obvious the way the lead just passed out the cash bundles to the workers. Not classy. Who counts money in front of clients. Generally you do your accounting out of site of clients. Most salons Pass money in the back room.She's just setting herself up to get robbed.That made me feel unsafe in her salon. Ugh! Too many things. I won't be back. read more

I've been debating writing this but after seeing other reviews with similar experiences with what seems like the same man being very rude and hostile honestly, I felt like I needed to share. I have been going to Tipsy Nails since I moved to Franktown/Parker area about a year ago...so once every 2-4 weeks regularly. And they have always done a good job, not great but it gets the job done. The past two times helped me make my decision to take my business elsewhere. I get acrylic nails and about a month ago I went in and picked out a very light nude pink (from the color book) and well the color that was picked out by the tech and put on my nails was more like a Barbie logo pink...I don't like confrontation and was not too bothered by the color so I let it slide, tipped, paid and left figuring I would pick out a new color in a few weeks. This week I went in for a rebase and asked for a pink that was even lighter (two shades lighter to be exact from the color book) than what I had REQUESTED last time and the same Barbie pink was put on my nails. I was already feeling rushed with the appointment because it was at night and I should have mentioned something when I realized the color was not what I picked out but I didn't, so that's on me this time. Anyways a day passed and I felt like I just really didn't like my nails or the color especially since it happened twice and it's not the color I wanted. So I called to come in to fix it, I walked in and the gentleman who did my nails was there to "fix" them and I was met with incredible rudeness and aggressive attitude in front of the whole salon trying to make me look like the one in the wrong, he said it was my fault and not blame him...well I was very kind and even said I will pay for my service...he then asked me what color I wanted and tried to find it searching for a while which shows me they didn't have that color. Then I asked for the color book to show him "this is what I asked for and this is what I got" not the same. And again he was very aggressive with his response...after that I did not feel comfortable with him doing my nails and being safe with technique/doing a good job. So I left. I just want to say, I was not mad that day I came in to re-do my nails. And I had no blame towards him, more the salon because it seems like they did not have that color. Which is fine! But If you don't have the color say something, because what I got was no where near the same as what I asked for. Would not recommend this place because of the way I was treated not the quality of your work. read more

I have been going to Tipsy since it opened but over the past 3 months have seen a significant decline in service. The cherry on top happened during my pedicure in Thurs where the tech filed my heels to the point of blood and a lot of pain! She didn't even apologize, but got out of her chair after doing this to my foot and had another tech finish. No one said anything to me about this and tried to proceed as usual. They didn't require appointments so I did a walk in manicure and pedicure on a Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy, I only waited for 10 minutes max. I got a spa pedicure and a dip manicure. At other places this would normally be an hour and a half however I was at the salon for nearly 4 hours. The pedicure went smoothly and was moved to another nail tech for the nails. They started on it and once they started applying the color the nail tech kept messing up and having to start over multiple times. Honestly I'm glad they did because that meant they cared about how it looked and would not let me leave unless it looke it looked perfect. It was very inconvenient though. I really enjoyed my experience here today. It was my first time trying this place. I can be VERY picky about my nails, which surprises a lot of people as I don't really seem like the "always have my nails done" type. My nails are my one beauty "splurge". I figure I only see my hair and make up when I'm looking In a mirror, but I see my hands all day. There are a few places in Parker I have tried, and a couple that I like. However, I struggle to find nail salons and techs willing to do new things. Many seem irritated when I request something new or trendy, so I usually just ask for 1 color, maybe some sparkles on the ring finger. However, I really wanted to try ombré nails and this salon came up in a search I did on Yelp. I called before it said they were even open, requested an appointment for a couple hours later for tips and ombré dip powder and a pedicure. They said no problem. When I arrived they asked to see pictures of what I wanted, and spent time talking to me about my options. I told them I'd been having problems with my nails breaking, chipping, and becoming really thin from all of the powder dip manis I do. They asked if I wanted to try an acrylic set and maybe do shellac on top of the acrylics so that I can change the colors whenever I want. They actually took the time to determine what was best, and I totally agree with their recommendation. I get my nails done often, and I am ok with needing to fill the acrylics every couple weeks. I told them I'd try it. There were a ton of color options for pretty much any type of nails I wanteMy nail tech was awesome. She literally applied a full set in less time than it usually takes me to get the powder. I have had full sets take more than twice as long before with no where near the same quality. They were incredibly well done. Like crazy good. The ombré shellac took a little while longer than one color would, but that's to be expected and I'm so thankful she took the time to do it right and personalize it, making sure it was how I wanted it. She even mentioned other styles I could try in the future and seemed like she really enjoyed being able to be creative, which is not typical in the Parker area from what I have experienced in the past with other salons. The pedicure was also very good and the woman who did the pedicure was very patient, and did great even though I'm ticklish and hate most parts of pedicures. My nails look great! They did a great job! My nails looked so cute. I got dip with tips and a pedicure and it came out to about $70 or so. I asked for a pedicure but nail tech only painted no water or anything which I though was odd but other then that it was reasonably priced, clean, and friendly. I would definitely go again. Well as much as I hate to update negatively I have no choice but to be honest to spare the next person this experience. We had waited 3 weeks since our last wonderful pedicure at Tipsy and were so excited! We showed up to not even be asked which pedicures we wanted, (we wanted the top notch $60-something dollar,) and we were given the most basic, most awful pedicure's we've ever had. I swear they maybe took 22 minutes. I have never felt so rushed and so unappreciated. We weren't offered wine this time either. My old salon was great about making the most out of each individual so generally every time, no matter how many years I frequented the salon, they always asked if I wanted a manicure to go with my pedicure. Well this week I was hoping for this gesture as I was more than willing and really needed it, only to be treated like we were just another number and in the way of their next client. I stopped coming here three years ago as they have absolutely no respect for people's appointment times. As a last resort, I made an appointment for 1 PM, 30 minutes later I am still sitting and waiting. When I went to the front desk and spoke to the owner and told her that I was leaving due to lack of respect for peoples times, she shunned me away and did not listen. there are several reviews that stayed the same problem. I would stay away at all costs, they will take a walk in five minutes before your appointment time and then you have to wait. read more

i am so BEYOND disappointed!! i've been going to tipsy nails since they opened back in 2019/2020. this last time i went i that as extremely embarrass for the way the employees acted towards me and my friend. i always bring my friends here cause they leave my nails great. until this last time when the lady tried to charge me extra for the shape of my nails. when i asked why because ive gotten longer sets before and have never been charged the shape of my nails unless i was changing the shape during a refill. these were a full new set so i was pretty confused. then this lady makes my nails as thick as possible and refuses to finish them, passed me along to someone else who had a horrible attitude towards me. when all i asked was a simple question. i've always been a great tipper i always leave a 20 for my nail techs cause i truly do love their work but i was shocked with the way they treated me i will never be going back. their vibe was awful with the new management. i will definitely be following the nail techs that left to their new locations read more

I have been going to tipsy for a good two years and i really enjoyed their work and everything they did. The blue nails in the photo are what the owner did a few weeks ago, and the photo from pintrest is what I asked for, but got the plain nail. Its embarrassing even having these nails on my hands. I came home and cried. The colors are splotchy and the shape is uneven. I asked her to go longer and she cut shorter. Love love my pedicures by Mylie non she is amazing !!! I make a 30 min drive just to see her ! However I scheduled an appointment with her at 12:30 and management did not notify her , I paid toll fees to get to my appointment on time , I could have avoided paying toll fees if management would have given me a courtesy phone call to let me know that they have put my nail tech on a different appointment. Once again Mylie is amazing she seriously gets rid all of my cuticles so I do make the long drive because she is so worth it! I came here religiously for a year and a half, and was always very happy. Last time I came, I got a horribly infected toenail, and was limping for several weeks after. I believe they either are not sanitizing their tools properly, or they don't have enough education regarding how to remove ingrown toenails. if you don't know how to safely do that, you really shouldn't be doing removing them, especially since it wasn't something I asked for them to do. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. Normally they do an amazing job but the past few times haven't been good. Either the color is incorrect or this time several steps were missing. No filing at all so my nails are sharp. They're also so bumpy and have random creases in there. I'm so disappointed. They also have random things imbedded in them and there's several clear/white marks all over. I'll link photos. I'm more frustrated that instead of asking if I liked them or anything Tim just had me move for his next appointment. I really wish they kept up as amazing as they were when they opened. My technician paid great attention to detail, but was a little difficult to interact with. I don't require conversation, but I like to feel acknowledged. I should have posted this sooner and/or contacted the police immediately. I didn't do either, but at least I can warn potential customers. I used this salon regularly up until this incident. I always requested Ryan because he did a great job. It started with hand massages, which I actually enjoyed. As time went on, the massages went higher up my arms. On my last visit there, Ryan kept wanting me have him come to my house for a massage-he suggested we could use the bed since he didn't have a massage table. He also repeatedly asked if my husband was away at work all day. In spite of my constant refusals, he grabbed my phone and added his personal cell number to my contacts. He reached under my shirt during the "massage" this time, and squeezed my breast. You always think you know what you will do in a situation like that, but all I did was leave as quickly as possible. For months I questioned myself if it were accidental, or if I imagined it. After much thought, I decided neither applied. This was a complete sexual assault, in my opinion. To the owner/workers at the salon, and especially Ryan-any attempt to contact me whatsoever will result in the police being contacted. read more
