I know herbs are powerful, but I was just so happy to have Kyle guide me and instruct me on how to use them.

The person working on this particular Saturday afternoon (April 4th 2026) was so helpful as they made helpful recommendations while sharing about their faves. No pressure, just like shopping with a fun friend! I love that the store has tester samples that enable shoppers to get a vibe for the mixtures of seasonings via a sniff. I loved that they had some sale items ($1/small jar) because it enables one to test it out and maybe head back to get a larger size if they wanted to make the spice a kitchen staple. Even when not on sale for $1, the small sizes available are perfect for testing it out in the kitchen. The layout of the store is neat, with everything well-organized. This is a very fun shop to browse while adding to a spice collection.

I'm not sure I understand how everything is organized there, but they did have everything we wanted in stock. The person working wasn't particularly friendly or unfriendly, she was just there. The sales are always good. Personally, I respect and appreciate their political and ethical stance. The biggest downfall to this location is the lack of parking. If only they had a lot... Downtown Milwaukee street parking is such a crapshoot on any day.

We both enjoyed a walleye fish with rice, veg, pineapple salsa and a beurre blanc sauce. Our waitress (in the Bass Pro Shop hat) was super bubbly and friendly, which added to the experience. We honestly enjoyed the meal and experience more than our anniversary dinner at a swanky 'harbor' restaurant that same week! Plus, you can't beat the price. Helpful?

The wait for a table was impossible and actually quite stressful and uncomfortable, so we settled on ordering our food to-go to sit somewhere in the main communal food hall seating. The line to the register was so long I actually was able to decide on my order pretty quickly - the fried oyster po'boy was meaty and crispy, not too overly breaded. The lobster roll meal came with fries and cole slaw for $20, which I found to be super affordable (this price is probably outdated now). A little bit too much filler but understandable and I was ok with it for the price. However, my favorite bite was the New England Clam Chowder, perfect for the rainy fall day. If I'm ever back in Milwaukee, I'd definitely try to dine in next time, but maybe not on a weekend afternoon to avoid the crowds.

Not the elevated experience you would expect from this type of restaurant. We also had a bday we were celebrating and there was no acknowledgment. We had one menu from the bar. We finally had to ask for more and her whole demeanor was I don't care to be here and hate being a server. Which made our experience not as enjoyable. Didn't want to leave a tip at all. You can do better Room Service. Even though food is great , it left a sour taste in my mouth to not want to go back :(

Everything we had was delicious, expertly prepared, and had such cool presentation. We went for an anniversary and it was the perfect restaurant environment and very intimate. The server also included 2 complimentary glasses of champagne, which was such a nice touch. For starters, we had the gorgeous appearing Royal Flower Dumplings served with lettuce, the Spicy Fatty Tuna TatTar on crispy rice, and the pork belly Bao buns. My favorite item from the entire night was tuna TarTar, it was perfectly spicy and tasted so fresh, I highly recommend. I also think that the dumplings had such a wonderful presentation and were an experience, but probably would order a different appetizer next time since I have had them once. For our main dish, the drunken noodles were a must! The thick noodles were delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had Room Service Supreme Hand Rolls set (including spicy toro jalapeño, Saba, Yellowtail scallion, Ama Abi, and Salmon topped ikura) that filled us right up. For drinks, I had to order the One Night in Bangkok signature cocktail with such a fun lemongrass aromatic cloud (so cool and fun!), the berry-cation, and the Thai Godness. All were delicious and would order again! For dessert, we wanted to try something new and picked the Thai Tea Binsu. I am glad we tried it and it was yummy, but will probably go for their cheesecake next time. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience here!

We started with a couple of the signature cocktails. My Papa Gio's Old Fashioned was outstanding. The additional Cynar amaro is a stroke of genius. For starters, we ordered the Fried Eggplant (Melanzane Fritte), which was probably the best we have ever had. It arrived piping hot, and the breading was fried to perfection. The eggplant itself was mild, with no hint of bitterness. The accompanying marinara sauce was thick and flavorful. For entrées, we ordered Gio's Stuffed Filet and the Chicken Parmesan. The filet was cooked perfectly to medium-rare and was delicious. The Chicken Parmesan was a huge portion. There were literally three chicken breasts, each with well-seasoned breading and fried to a beautiful golden crispness. It was excellent. We had plenty of leftovers and enjoyed several more meals at home. (The eggplant reheats especially well in an air fryer.) Service: We had a 5:30 reservation and were seated right away. We let our server know that we had a performance to attend and were assured that we would be out with plenty of time to spare. For the vast majority of the evening, the service was great. Unfortunately, things changed toward the end of the meal. We literally could not find our server, and we suspect they may have also been handling a party upstairs. Since we needed to leave, we had the host help us get our bill paid. Feeling rushed at the end of the meal took a bit of the polish off an otherwise excellent experience. Atmosphere: The restaurant is small and has an authentic feel to it. The photos and décor make you feel as though you're dining in a typical European restaurant. The tables are close together, and it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, we had a very good experience. I can't say enough about the drinks and food. I just wish the service had been more consistent throughout the evening. We are looking forward to our next meal there.

The staff is always very nice and if they are busy for some reason, they even have kiosks to order from as well. I'm Korean and love me some Korean fried chicken wings, but going here means I do not have to make them, make a mess in my kitchen, or have to spend time prepping everything beforehand. Yes, I know these are Karaage but they are very similar. I usually get the boneless wings just because I am weird and do not like having sticky fingers when I am eating, so these I can eat with a fork. The crispiness is always spot-on and I love that they give you just enough sauce to give everything a good coat and flavor but not too much that the chicken is drowning. I also really love the rice cakes that they add into the tenders and wings, it's like a nice little chewy treat to go with everything. Their fries are a LOT of fries! My wife and I have learned we can share one order of them. They have a bunch of varieties of seasonings you can add to the fries but I tend to get mine plain and just eat it with ketchup. It'll turn you into a cheese connoisseur if you're not already one. I fell in love with Gouda cheese as soon as I took a bite. They made it into a gluten free spread so we had four types of cheese in lieu of the seasoned dried meat and gluten free crackers. The space is cozy and dim and well decorated. The staff are always kind. some are more helpful or informative than others. You can pair the cheeses with every drink on the menu or try pre-paired boards. You can also buy cheeses from the dairy and others, as well as assorted related products at a small retail section or cut fresh from the cheese case. Parking is on the street and can be a pain in this saturated area. The reason for the drop in stars? Prior visits got you more wines and more food to pair it with. This visit had prices steady but fewer wines, less cheese and $1 upcharge for some wafer crackers. I know the economy is not great right now, but this now seems like an expensive place to bring friends, not a reasonable day outing.
