I will definitely come back!
Antionette M.

I love everything about this place! It's hard to find a good nail shop that care! They take pride in their work and they show respect to their customers. They are patient and they listen. My daughter and I make this a bonding time and she loves them. Their under new management and you can tell. The husband and wife duo is cute!

I've gone here twice and both times my nails have broken within days. I've never experienced this with any nail salon I've visited. Forty dollars wasted and they refuse to refund my money (I still have the receipt with the date and time so they know I'm not trying to scam them ) and they won't fix them for free. I'll never go there again. I specifically downloaded this app to write a review because I was so disappointed and I don't want anyone else wasting their money like I did.

The photo on the bottom is the shape and length I asked for. The other 2 pictures are the finished products.

As an artist I pay close attention to detail. I showed my nail tech Lisa a picture of exactly what I wanted. She barley looked at the photo and started my nails. The nails all differ in shape and size. I paid $40 for fake nails and a gel overlay. In my opinion it was too expensive. I've been to multiple local nail shops and the most I've paid for a fake nail and gel overlay was $30. I didn't have to wait to be seen. Although i do feel like there should better communication. My technician and I had trouble discussing prices. I wasnt upset because I work with a lot with travelers or people with thick accents. I most likely won't go back.

The peeling, and this is after I've exfoliated and put lotion them.

I got gel nails done while on vacation in Vietnam and was desperate to get them removed a month…read morelater when I was back in the States. Every spot I had gone to/tried to go to said no to doing the gel removal or simply would not respond to my calls/messages. It had become such an inconvenience and I was ready to give up hope until a friend recommended Clayton Nail Spa (spoiler alert -- they did the dang job). I did a walk-in around 2 PM on a Sunday and I received service within 5 minutes. They have a full staff that is really on their A-game all the time (I was there for almost 2 hours and paid attention to their workflow). They seem to have a handful of regulars and are really polite to clients (I witnessed a girly unload her entire life story onto a worker, unprompted, and the staff respectfully let her talk at them the entire time). The lady who worked on my nails was very sweet and chatted with me the entire time, explaining what she was doing and why. She really went above and beyond with removing the gel nails as carefully as possible, offering to do additional services and not pushing when I said no, and meticulously grooming my cuticles and buffing my skin. The pricing was fair and she was very transparent about the cost of each service before getting started. I'm not a big nail salon person because I'm quite frugal about these matters, but I would absolutely come back here for any nail service needs in the future.

This was such an amazing experience! I accidentally went to the wrong location (I had an…read moreappointment for another Clayton Nail Spa location) but they took my friend and I in anyways. They really took their time to perfect our nails and I felt very taken care of. This was the first time I've ever gotten my nails done and I definitely want to go back eventually. I am so happy with them. The nail artists know what they are doing! They're very skilled. The salon itself is great too, there were TVs for entertainment and the chairs were comfortable. I got a full acrylic set with nail art and my total was $90. My nails are in no pain at all and they feel strong. The design was one of my own and though it was complicated they did their best to keep it as close as possible.

This place exceeded my expectations!…read more After still on the hunt for a reputable and well-priced nail salon, I came cross Wild Nails. Since they're appointment only, I made one for 11/29 and was able to get the first slot of the day. Kathy warmly greeted me and did my pedicure first. I saw the pricing for the services and asked what the difference was between the regular and deluxe pedicure and she said it came with a wax treatment and something else. For a $5.00 difference, I decided to get it. She went through the normal steps of removing the polish and so forth. I really appreciated her checking throughout the service to ensure my needs were met both with the shape and length of the nail, as well as how it looked. At first I didn't see the value of the deluxe until she put my feet in the wax bags and had it soak for a few mins. Once removed, my feet were so Incredibly soft! I figured ok, so the pedicure was great, let's see how well she does nails and that's where she really shined. When she started my nails, I noticed she was working a bit faster than she did on my feet. At that point, I assumed she had another appt (which she did), I just wasn't sure when. I was amazed that even while working a bit faster, she still cared about the accuracy and look of my nails. I'm used to being rushed and the nails not looking to my liking, but she was the opposite. Not only did she nail the design, but everything else was perfect. Best of all, she told me the prices up front so I knew everything she was charging for and there were no surprises afterwards. Kathy was polite, thorough, and did great work. Considering I paid less here for a fill, pedicure, and tip than I did at the other place with just a full set and tip, it's a no brainer who's getting my business in the future. I can't wait to come back!
