Unfortunately, this company does not have the same motto. They could careless about their customers & find it appropriate to speak disrespectful to them as well. I came here for dip nails with acrylic tips. They took 2+ hours to do it & they ended up not looking good at all, very bumpy & uneven. They didn't do it properly & the nails broke the day after! I came in Saturday for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails, when I left my nails did look perfect however by Monday the dip powder was chipped. Tuesday the dip powder popped off both of my thumb nails(my actual nail has length to it and wasn't broken). Now today is Friday and I have powder only 3 nails total, they just keep popping off.I'm not sure what the deal is but I've never had this issue with dip powder and I've gotten it for over a year at other salons. I've been to this shop 3 times and my powder never lasted a full week. Also everytime I go into the salon a hear a customer complaining. I will not be returning. I went in for a gel manicure, the first time going to this salon. I always get gel nails usually going to a salon in arnold but that day I was in kirkwood. The day after, my nails started to chip and there were bubbles developing and then the polish came off. They redid all of my nails for free but then 4 days later 2 nails have huge chucks off and the ends are all chipped. It looks like I got regular nail polish. Gross. Save your time and money. I'm sitting here mid pedi and wish I could just get up and leave. Nancy is HORRIBLE. She cut into my nails on each side instead of taking time to cut the cuticle, you know how bad nail techs cut it into a "v" almost? Then you get ingrown toe nails because you're supposed to cut nails straight across. Then she pulls out this disgusting foot file from a drawer, not sanitized, that has been used on God knows how many people. She put some purple goo on my feet and proceeded to give the most pathetic excuse of a massage. zero pressure, so it was annoying, like someone just kind of just barely touching your legs. Ugh. Ah....I see why it was so horrible, as I sit here polish drying, she scooped up her purse, keys and headed out the door. Guess she was focused on going home. read more

I used to get a decent mani-pedi here. Went last week and got a tech I hadn't seen before. She took over an hour to do a basic pedicure, and cut my big toe nail crooked. She was very rough with the implements. When we moved to the manicure station she was very rough with my cuticles. She literally tore them up, then started using the wrong kind of file on my natural nails. After the second time telling her not to be so rough I pulled my unpolished hands back and said "I'm done". No way was I going to stay another hour so this chick could give me a terrible gel manicure. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I have been getting my feet done for a long time and he showed me the ingrown nails and hang nails in my feet it was such a relief the ingrown nail looked like rice kernels.. he was awesome I recommend if you have not seen him try him.. read more

I've been getting gel done for forever and just moved to the area. A nail tech without a license did my gel manicure here and it was the worst I've ever gotten. It chipped within a few days and within a week I had to take it off because it looked so horrible. Disappointing because the people seemed nice. I suggest you go anywhere but here! This place used to be okay, never great, but has continuously gone down hill. This is my most recent experience. I was at Nail Envy last Friday and again this afternoon (Wednesday). The reason for the second visit is because I decided I needed to go back and talk to them about the quality of the gel manicure I'd gotten on Friday. (Originally I wasn't going to say anything but the idea of paying for a second manicure so soon after this one and the fact that they did such a lousy job incentivized me to say something.) So what was wrong with this manicure? Well, the nails were rough at the end and were uneven so I asked that they be corrected. The operator laid on the gel too thick resulting in gel ridge under the cuticle and the following day the gel started to peel away from my nails. So this evening I saw the manager and showed him the problem. He suggested fixing one or two nails. I told him each nail was peeling and had the pooled gel so they all needed re-done. Who knows what kind of shape the other nails were like and when they would start peel. The manager begrudgedly wrapped my nails in acetone and foil and left these on for 45 minutes. I kept asking if it was okay to leave this acetone on that long and he just told me to let him do his job. Everyone kept taking customers instead of me. Finally I told him my cuticle skin was starting to burn. He finally finished with his last client, half scraped the gel off and kept insisting that the thick gel ridge under my cuticles was my cuticles. What!?! He then proceeded to start with another client and one of the other manicurists stepped in without so much as an explanation to me. The second manicurist thought it was perfectly fine that there was still left over gel on my nails. I couldn't take anymore and left. I am now home with Neosporin on my nails and cuticles. My skin around the nails now has small eruptions indicating a chemical burn (yes, I am in healthcare and know what that is). The nails look like someone took a Brillo pad across them multiple times. I am also concerned now that this place does not adhere to the public health requirements and saw the manager use the same equipment on multiple customers. I'm calling about this tomorrow. read more

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! In the early part of September 2016, I was in the area running some errands and decided to stop for a fill and a pedicure. I had not been in this Salon before but the location was convenient to where I needed to be that afternoon. I was going to a big conference and desperately needed their services. 3 days after my fill and fingernail polish, the polish (which was supposed to be a Gel Polish that would last until it was removed), began to peel. I have never had this happen before. I had already determined that I would not return because I was very unhappy with the way the acrylic fill was applied and the shape and thickness of my nails and then the polish began to peel. My fingernails were definitely not up to my standards but I was in a rush when I stopped in and shrugged it off as a learning experience. Now, 1 month after I had my pedicure there, I lost a toenail on my right foot. I am getting ready to lose another one on my left foot. I went to see a podiatrist yesterday and it appears that I picked up a very nasty fungal infection while I was there. I am so angry because I am normally very, very careful about these things. I should have known better when I saw one of their nail techs applying acrylic nails on a 6 year old girl. When I mentioned it to my nail tech, she said they do children that young all of the time. Obviously these people don't care about the safety and well being of their customers. My normal Salon would have denied the request to apply acrylic nails to a child. I am so angry with myself for allowing them to perform the services that I received and so angry at them for the manner in which they operate their business.
