I've gone to other places randomly throughout the pandemic in the event this location was closed and no other place in the area compares. The staff is great and always attentive to my nails and feet. I always have good service here. I don't do a lot of designs so I can't speak to that. I typically just get a gel mani and pedi and am conservative with my colors. I am more interested in nail care more than designs. My go to tech is Van. Everyone is great, but my toenails can be prone to ingrowns so Van knows how to trim them out. There are many places that will just file your nails but not really deep clean. So that's why I don't go anywhere else to get my pedicures. read more

My nail tech just moved to this shop. I of course followed here. This salon is under NEW Management. It has been recently renovated. It's bright & clean. Chairs are comfy & give great massages. The prices are much lower than the previous salon I went to in the Cerritos Mall. Lisa is amazing!! Love this shop! I come here every two weeks and they've transformed my short brittle nails with gel manicures. My nails have grown much longer and stronger thanks to Dianne's work. She's my go to girl for my manicures. Houang (hope I spelled that right) and Johnny give great pedicures, they take their time and are very attentive with cuticle care. The pricing is great, i pay 40$ for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They have lot's of colors to choose from and massage pedicure chairs. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that I have had manicures from other people in the shop and they didn't always last; also I have seen people leave because there's not enough staff (I go during times when they're not busy so I haven't had that issue personally). My go-to nail salon that will NOT break the bank (and you can get all the extras). Kelly does an amazing job on my gel nails ALL the time. All i need to tell her is what color and she comes up with the rest. She does a GREAT job on my designs every time and her customer service is THE best and the reason i come back. MY nail polish never chips and my gel last up to three weeks (more if i can stand the growth of my nails). Absolutely LOVE! A couple weeks ago I came on a Sunday and all the ladies who worked there were very friendly and accommodating. I was there for a gel manicure because my pedicure was still in good shape from awhile ago. They sat me down right away and put cartoons on for my 5 yr old son who was patiently waiting. Which i thought was really nice. She was very gentle and did an excellent job. My nails looked so beautiful! Will be going back for more services and bringing family with! Excellent prices!!! I came again today with my daughter and my son. Again we were greeted sweetly and they were so friendly and put cartoons on for my son. Both of us got a gel manicure, a spa pedicure, and my daughter got her eyebrows waxed and I got a salt scrub pedi. Our nails looked great and so did the price. I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because I went with my daughter who's 5 years old and they charged her $10. The technician didn't really do much, I wasn't happy with the $10. So there were good and bad points to this salon. The man who did my pedicure was amazing! He was gentle with his cuticle care, polished well, great work. I did not catch his name. Lisa did my manicure. When I went in, all of my nails were the same length and shape. She managed to ruin that and make it them all slightly different shapes and of variable lengths. When painting my nails, I told her the polish was lumpy. She told me that it was my nail under the polish that was causing the problems. All of my polish was lumpy and terrible. The man doing my pedicure did his best to fix it for me, which I appreciated. Lisa did do nice nail art for me. Overall, disappointed in my manicure but happy with my pedicure. I don't usually venture far to get my nails done but I received a gift cert for this place for my birthday (Aug) and I have been coming here ever since. My old manicurist was O.K but I prefer this place better. They do my eyebrows while I'm in the chair for my spa pedicure. I usually get a pedicure bi-weekly because my french tip wears off so easily because i am clumsy, but here they lasted a lot longer. The pedicure I got here was a solid 4 stars. My technician ( I unfortunately don't remember her name. Older and her son is the owner) shaped my nails perfectly, cut my cuticles, and removed my ingrown toe nails. The reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because of the checking out process. On yelp, this nail shop is offering a special, $10 for $15 deal. So, I definitely purchased that deal while getting my pedi done. When it was time to checkout, the owner apparently left and NO ONE at the salon knew how to accept the vouchers. They all kept saying, " O the owner is not here, why don't your just pay and use that next time" I also asked if their advertisement was new. (Trying to justify why they don't know how to accept the voucher) They said "Only owner knows. we don't know how to do, just use that next time when owner here" I then replied, "how can you all not know how to redeem a voucher? Your shop is advertising it online. If you all are trained to accept payments from your customers, you should all be trained to accept this voucher or the owner should be here at all times" Then they all started speaking in vietnamese and I can tell by their body language they were frustrated with me. When I asked when would the owner be back. The technician said 45 mins and also said I can wait for him. Haha! I then said, "Absolutely not!" I then put my phone in front of her face and showed her how there was a code that she can write down to note that the code is being used and that I can't use it again. And I then pressed the "redeemed" button and showed her that it has been used and I can no longer use it. It was really a ridiculous experience. It was such a shame because I did experience a pretty nice pedicure. So, customers beware! read more

This was my worst experience ever! The lady who did my french-tip spa pedicure used unnecessary roughness and despite the pained look on my face and of me jumping with every wince of pain I felt, she did not stop. I can take a lot of pain, but if I'm paying for a service that is supposed to be nice and relaxing - it was anything but that. I don't know if she was new or not, but the lady needed more training and better customer service! First off, when she was cutting my cuticles - she was pealing them off, which was wrong of her to do in the first place! Because when she used acetone to do the french tips, my skin started stinging. Secondly, when she was cleaning my nails, she was digging for gold - I cannot describe the pain of that. When she used the emory board to shape my nails, she was also rubbing the tips of my toes, making them feel sore. By this time, I had asked her to cancel the extra services on my feet such as getting the paraffin wax and sea salt bath because I didn't want to stay there any longer than I had to. The last thing that was the kicker was when it came time to pay. $18 is not a bad price for a pedicure, but after the pain I went through, I only gave her a $2 tip - which she was lucky to get at all! It was obvious that she was not happy with the tip because she walked away and didn't even lead me to a nail dryer or help me put my sandals on. I had to sit in my chair and wait for my nails to air dry. So awkward and awful altogether! read more

There is always parking there. The service is great. My nails always look good thanks to them. Their gel colors are pretty and their gel setter is fast compared to the other salon I use to go to. They are close to where I work too, so I love heading there after work. Reasonable prices too. read more

I wanted to Yelp this nail salon as soon as I could so I would not forget to do so. So, I am in my car Yelping as I promised Phong. Today was my first visit here. I am soooo relaxed and my nails look beautiful. I should have asked what number was that nail polish for future visits. Anyways, I came in for a pedicure and manicure. I was their first customer. I like being early and arrived before they opened. As I sat in the pedicure/message chair, Phong gave me my manicure while his sweet coworker, Van/Phan, did my pedicure. Both of them were very gentle and detailed. I have had terrible experiences at other salons where I bled at the cuticles on my fingers or was scrubbed raw on my feet. It was such a nice change to be treated gently and respectfully. They always said, "Thank you." And I could tell in their eyes they meant it. And of course I thank you both for taking such great care of me!!! I truly needed your gentle and professional service. Also, the salon was very clean and organized. I had a great first time experience here with my daughter. Usually nail salons do a half job when it comes to kidd but Diana took great care my daughter and I. She was very open and friendly. The woman taking off my callouses took off my non calloused skin. I looked at her when it happened because I was in pain and she just smiled. Now I have scabs along my foot side.
