Aw man reading all these 5 star reviews, I do feel bad leaving a 3 star review. Maybe I'm just too "basic" to appreciate authentic Neopolitan pizza, but I honestly wasn't a huge fan of it. The owner was perfectly nice and when we had to wait a bit extra because a customer came in, he even offered us free Italian ice (we declined but it was a nice gesture). I just wasn't terribly impressed with the $11 build your own pizza. I thought the pizza was quite small and the toppings were super sparse for $11. However, I do believe that this is more authentic than the usual pizza I get from other joints/chains and understand that it's not super fair to compare a small local business to these bigger restaurants which can scale up and cut costs. The crust to sauce/topping ratio was off by my standards but maybe this is more authentic - it was just way more crust than other stuff. I did overhear the owner saying that this style has less cheese and there is no oil in the crust, so I guess I just don't prefer this style pizza. The crust just felt a bit dry to me and had a slight charred taste to it, which I think is the intention. I will say though that the vegan cheese and the crushed red tomato sauce was delicious! Vegan cheese is made in house and that was some of the best pizza sauce I ever had! Sweet and you could taste the fresh tomatoes. The outdoor seating is cute and perfect for this weather. This place definitely has its fair share of loyal customers and appeals to a certain crowd I'd say! And I always am down to try out and support new local businesses. As a New yorker living in Baltimore, I had all but given up on finding an edible ny slice. It was bad. The pizzas in Baltimore made me and the Baby Jesus cry. I mean this primarily regarding flavor, but also the lack of slice joints is a serious missed opportunity. I'd been encouraged to try TinyBrickOven before I give up completely. So, I'll say that this is a good slice. You're not going to think "OMG am I in NYC!?" but it's pretty good. It will not fulfill my craving entirely, but it will tide me over until my next trip. I wonder if pizza, like bagels, really is affected by the tap water? Also, as a New Yorker I know that a slice is supposed to equal a transit fare, making a TinyBrickOven slice slightly overpriced, but I'd rather pay a buck "too much" for a decent slice than get a deal on a mouthful of cheese and doughy garbage. There is a lot of bad pizza in Baltimore, and thankfully TinyBrickOven has separated itself from that crowd. I'd place TinyBrickOven firmly between Neapolitan and NY style. The dough is nice and crispy. The sauce has a nice kick of garlic. These pies don't skimp on cheese, like some Neapolitan pies might. The pepperoni gets a bit of char in the oven, which I like quite a bit! If there was anything I'd change, I'd make the pies a bit bigger, but that's honestly not even really a complaint. It's pizza made fast with quality ingredients, so you have every reason to check it out! read more

I order the 6 wing combo. That's suppose to come with a drink and fries. The gentleman working tonight was kinda rude. Never got my drink or fries. He made a disgusted face when my friend asked for extra mushrooms on her pizza after she was told they ran out of garlic peppers.
