Love tiny town. Just moved to Forestville in April and it's a great spot to grab a yummy breakfast sandwich.

Sandwiches and breakfast burritos are bomb. I especially love the breakfast burrito, it's a good deal with quality ingredients. I was going here maybe 5-6 years ago before I moved away. I'm now back in the area and I'm glad they survived the pandemic. Great place to catch up on emails, read a book, grab some drink and food! read more

Julie and Lico are the sweetest, most welcoming humans and the food is so good! I basically bounce between a few things on the menu and always get it on a croissant. Julie makes them by hand and they are (chef's kiss). My son is almost 2 and has been eating Tiny Town for breakfast and lunch since he was in the womb Smoothies? Delicious. Boba? Check. Coffee? Sooooo bomb. I have NEVER eaten a bad meal from Tiny Town and I (literally) eat there 2-3 times a week I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

My favorite place for a quick bite! Very wide range menu means something for everyone and i've yet to order something I wasn't happy with. Their burritos are especially killer and definitely share-size. Everything is very reasonably priced. The place is family run and they are very kind. This is one of our favorite places right near where we live. However they don't get a five star from us because we have noticed that  they really chisel you on the large drinks unless they come in a *clear cup.* When we order specialty coffee drinks from them, there is typically two or three ounces missing which they try to hide with the whipped cream.  But the last time we got one from them they really pushed the envelope. Since I was slow picking up the order this time, it had been sitting long enough for the whipped cream to melt. So the missing 6 oz. was unmistakable. It was as if they had put a medium-sized drink in a large cup, when we had paid for a large drink, and tipped.  We always get large orders from them and tip. It costs about $30 to get two large drinks and two lox bagels. It is always more than $30 total once we tip, and we typically go there every couple of weeks sometimes three times in a month. So to save a couple of bucks... they just lost a steady 60 - $90 a month.   It's a terrible way to treat regular customers. I guess since we put up with the two or three ounces missing, about four times or so without complaint, they thought they could really screw us.   If they're struggling so much why don't they just raise the prices? Nobody likes high prices but it's better than thinking you paid for a large and taking the lid off and seeing the sum total of a medium in your cup. read more

I'm very sad to write this as I sit at Tiny Town. I have looked forward to my weekly ritual of taking my mother to the physical therapist because it meant I also got to visit Tiny Town for breakfast. It worked perfectly as I could access wifi and power to keep my laptop alive while I worked and ate breakfast for an hour. When I arrived today they have covered up all the outlets and now the customers don't have access to power. When inquiring they explained that they had people who would sit at a table for hours and purchase nothing or little and just use the power and wifi. I asked if it was worth losing customers like me in order to keep those people from parking at their tables. They said it was. I said I wouldn't be back. They said ok. Isn't it harder to tell loyal customers that they can not use the power and lose them, then to tell scumbags that they need to make purchases to use the power? I guess not. I hope they change this policy, but if they do I suppose I won't know. read more

A half mile from my home, I walked in to Tiny Town Cafe to check out the local eats. Immediately, my impression was a pleasant one as I was met with warm customer service. Then it went very South, very quick. A breakfast/lunch cafe with a menu dominated by eggs, yet they were out of eggs. Okay, I'm easygoing, I'll run a play audible, no big deal--sandwich time. I made my selection (Fiesty Turkey), only to be met with more limiting news of the modest menu: all out of wheat bread. Fine, I'll compromise. I don't care much for rye, so I'll run a side of avocado to compensate. Let me just say, the sandwich was an incredible twist on a grilled cheese with turkey, bacon, and Sriracha. Loved it. Cheesy, crispy, spicy, and... well, Fiesty. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the flowery flavors of the lavender lemonade really complimented the zing of the sandwich. I finished the sandwich... and the gentlemen who took my order approached the table and handed me a dollar, confessing, "I owe you a dollar. You paid for avocado, and we were all out." Ha! Amazing. Admittedly, I'd forgotten. Luckily, I'd finished the sandwich and enjoyed it enough to not mind about the avocado. Today, I'm back for a second time. The sandwich made enough of an impression on me to return. And, well, I gave Tiny Town Cafe the benefit of doubt: perhaps, the first time was a hell of a fluke. This day, no discrepancies, same warm customer service, and they even remembered me, and almost remembered my name. All in all, a good place to check out. read more

Best cafe in forestville ever. Kevin (owner), is the nicest guy on the planet. After work, (backyard), I head over when it's open, or even when it's closed and he's just cleaning he lets me hang out while I wait for my parents, and makes me drinks (usually free for me), and it's so wonderful. I've eaten there as well. Breakfast burritos are amazing, bacon was overcooked but how could I complain it's bacon! All the food is so tasty!! Kevin's daughter is a sweetheart as well! I like these guys and want them to do well, so I hope this will be seen as constructive criticism. First, the bagels. They make me sad. Tiny Town used to serve legit boiled and baked bagels. Now they just serve these bread-like grocery store "bagels." Stop trying to save a few bucks and bring back real bagels, guys! Forestville needs them. Nothing fancy, just please not Lender's. Second, coffee is hit or miss. It's usually pleasantly strong, but sometimes they go overboard and make it bizarrely, undrinkably strong. Cappuccinos are either good, or mediocre with a ton of white foam on top depending on who makes them. I wish they would devote a little more attention to the craft and gain some consistency. Third, they used to have the classic white coffee cups, including the small-sized ones for cappuccinos. Now they have these brown patterned ones that just look a little cheap. And no small sizes, so the caps have too much milk and foam in them. Finally, and this is a big one, they are sloooow. The old owners were too. Maybe there's no getting around it. But just be forewarned: don't try to stop in here for a quick anything. Hope this doesn't seem like nitpicking. I like it here and think they create a real nice community space. I just want them to be better! read more

It is always a pleasure to drive up to Forestville where I grew up. I drove up to Sonoma County for a horse show in Santa Rosa on Sunday but went early so I could take a tour of my old hometown. I stopped at the Tiny Town coffee house - partly because it seemed to be the only place open at that hour. What a treat! The people were so friendly and welcoming, the coffee was fantastic and the Veggie Breakfast Burrito was truly a thing of wonder. No kidding, I have never seen anything like it. Eggs, potatoes, black beans and cheddar . . . see, I'm still thinking about it. I will definitely be stopping by every time I am up that way and recommend that you do too! read more

I have been aching for a place like Tiny Town ever since I left the urban east coast and landed in Sonoma County. Tiny Town offers convenient yet freshly prepared food for a reasonable price served by friendly people in a venue that celebrates local character. The service can be a bit slow, but I so deeply appreciate a freshly fried egg and cheese sandwich to go that I now drive through Forestville rather than along River Rd. when I need to get from Guerneville to Santa Rosa early in the day. My partner branches out more and has been been so happy with all the breakfast options, especially the burrito, which is again made to order rather than pre-wrapped or microwaved or made by any of the other gross standards found in your typical north bay coffee shops. Also, the coffee is fantastically rich and Tiny Town provides Straus Dairy products so my cup is never ruined by the over-pasteurized, ultra-homogenized grossness so many otherwise decent coffee shops pass off as cream. Tiny Town does tend to be under-staffed, so allow at least 20 minutes if you are looking for a meal on the run. For me, the quality of the food and the coffee is worth the wait.. read more

After the Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Festival, we came here for breakfast. It was our first time in this area so I'm very glad we found Tiny Town Cafe. It's a small little cafe but spacious. Food was filling and savory. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly...the owner and even customers (who I believed are the local). I had the skinless burrito today and it was very, very tasty to say the least. The organic ingredients used in the dish takes a very close second place to the "Love" infused in making the food. I came I'm here on Sunday for some breakfast. Jessie and Tyler, newly weds, run shop on Sundays. They have breakfast and lunch foods as well as espresso drinks and I think a smoothie too. I ordered the skinless burrito; a breakfast burrito without the tortilla. If you're avoiding gluten, then this is a good option. It came with two eggs fried over medium, avocado, melty cheddar cheese (over potatoes), and this amazing mix of black beans, carrots, potatoes and spices. This is a Hugh WOW. Kevin, the owner, has taken this cute shop and is making it even better. Nostalgic, eclectic, reasonably priced, delicious coffees, and the BEST pastries I have EVER tasted.
