There is outdoor and indoor dining but since it was blazing hot out I opted to stay inside in the cool AC. Came for brunch on a Sunday so had to try their sangria. It was really refreshing and perfect for a warm day. For entrees, we ordered the short rib hash, chicken and waffles, and the steak and eggs. I had a little of each, but my favorite was the short rib hash. Great flavor and the sauce was fantastic. The steak had a perfect cook on it, and the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful as well. The server was friendly and extremely attentive. He recommended a good dessert which we ended up splitting. When in doubt go with the chocolate brownie Esther vanilla ice cream !

We didn't have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us in the dining room as long as we could wrap up before 1:30, which we appreciated. I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.

We walked over and were delighted to see the enomatic wine dispensers, with lots of wine in them. We started doing our own little wine tasting and started to like the wines we were tasting. Given that this was my son's 21st birthday and now legal to drink, I called him up and told him to finish his arcade experience. Since he doesn't really like drinking (I've tried to educate him at home at times) the tasting would be a good entry into wine. We had him drink a sweet moscato which we all liked. This is now his favorite wine . Not bad for a first timer. Elvis, I think he was the owner, heard our celebration and offered a bottle of Prosecco for the group. We all enjoyed a good toast and continued to go down the rows of wines. I love tasting flights of food and drinks so this place really was heaven to me. If you're thinking of hanging out and not sure of what wine to drink, definitely check out this place. You won't be disappointed.

For some strange reason they didn't have food available when I went - I really wanted a charcuterie board. Hopefully next time I come back to American Dream I can get the full experience.

Incredibly hospitable. The interior of this restaurant is absolutely stunning. From the chandeliers to the planters to the utensils on the table, you can tell it's a well thought out setting. The bar area is gorgeous and there's even a beautiful private room for dining. Onto the menu. Their dinner menu looks incredible. They have a special pre fixed menu with a great price and a happy hour that will blow your socks off. The drink menu is exciting and the food matches. I genuinely thought the happy hour. Food menu would be small bites so we literally got one of everything. I was completely overwhelmed when everything came out and we had enough leftovers for the whole week. Everything was fantastic though, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. The pork croquettes and the pigs in a blanket were my absolute favorite. Both delicious and a twist on a classic the anti pasta salad is something I'll probably order every single time. It has everything you want and it's finally chopped with a ton of cheese on top. Where do you go wrong? The focaccia that comes with the meal is also worth noting. The spread it comes with is super tasty there chili olive oil is spicy with a nice kick. My fiancé loved the meatballs and the smashburger. After gorging ourselves on their delectable, happy hour specials, we asked if we could see the Upstairs venue area. It's a beautiful space and can hold a good amount of people for any function. I hope Bacarosa stays for a while and does well because I'm already planning my next trip there.

We stayed till about 1 PM and there were about only 6-7 tables occupied during our time there, however pretty sure evenings are a wholeeee different story (and much livelier).
