The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. This is now his favorite wine . Not bad for a first timer. Elvis, I think he was the owner, heard our celebration and offered a bottle of Prosecco for the group. We all enjoyed a good toast and continued to go down the rows of wines. I love tasting flights of food and drinks so this place really was heaven to me.
