The chili is unique in that it's Greek in origin and instead of spicy peppers it has a unique flavor of warming spices including cinnamon in the background. Though everyone may not be a fan, it is certainly unique and why I am giving 4 stars instead of 3. This establishment was clean, the staff friendly and they were quick to bring out the food. I got the 4 way chili Mac and was not disappointed. Piled to the ceiling with cheese! Mix it all up and enjoy the warm gooey neon orange comfort cuisine that is Skyline. I tried ordering a small size of the Cincinnati chili since I just wanted to try it but not fully commit to it. However, my waitress said that small was like a kid's size. So I got suckered into ordering a medium size, which I thought was a big portion for two people. But hey, I'm not from the area so I see portion sizes differently from the locals there. The dish tasted like what I was expected, and there wasn't any wow factor. The amount of shredded cheese is unnecessary in my opinion. Nonetheless it's good though, and I would try to recreate it at home.

The chili spaghetti was actually bad. Very very dry and the chili... once again. It tastes like fake meat. There's no flavor to me. I'm glad I tried it for the experience but I'd probably never get it again.
