The remote start isnt top of the line but whenever I have an issue with it or the FOB. I bring it in and they take care of it no questions asked. Be sure to buy the extended warranty on it. Without it the fob antenna has broken several times and the warranty covers it for replacement at no additional cost. As for the rustproofing, not much to say its doing what it's suppose to do. One year they oversprayed my rims with the rustproof coating. Took it back and cleaned it off. Since then have been excellent and no further issues on touchups. My only dislike i can say is the undercoating smells. It will get some getting used to until it dissipates after about a week on first application and futher applications. Service has been doing great since my first visit back in 2016 and will continue to do business with them.

First, the hours of operation are incredibly unclear. I've shown up three different times after 8 a.m., and each time they were either still closed or appeared to be. On one occasion, someone was inside but told me they weren't open yet -- and that they were just a neighbor retrieving their car, which they park there overnight. On top of that, traffic on Elston is always heavy at that time, so backing into the lot is both dangerous and stressful. Still, I kept trying to give them a chance because they're close to home and on my way to work. Today was only the second time I actually managed to get a wash -- and it confirmed I won't be back. I arrived around 8:40 a.m. and was glad to see they were open. There were two cars ahead of me -- one being washed and the other, after 5-10 minutes, was moved outside (possibly a neighbor's or employee's car). After waiting 20-30 minutes, I got my car back -- and instantly regretted spending money on their premium wash. Here's what I got for $25: * Streaks all over the windows * Fingerprints left on the radio and dashboard * The trunk wasn't vacuumed at all * Side mirrors were smeared and looked like they were wiped with a dirty towel * No tire shine * Lint and residue everywhere inside There's so much more that was supposed to be included with the premium wash -- it's all listed clearly on their signs. I just can't recall everything right now, and I regret not taking pictures of the signs to show just how much was missing. The waiting area was cold and uncomfortable, and I was seriously considering their unlimited membership ($69.95/month I t), but I'm so relieved I didn't sign up -- that would've been a total waste of money. They did an AMAZING job. It's basically a brand new car now. They got all the dog hair out, the stains on my fabric seats, and dust...what dust?!
