I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

I've been following them on Instagram for quite some time and finally got confident enough to get my work vehicle tinted. I emailed Jose, the shop owner, to schedule an appointment at 1:00. So, I adjusted my schedule and got there 15 minutes early. As I arrived, I waited a few minutes and was greeted by an employee named Alex, who asked what I needed. I explained that the tints required to be done, and he seemed in a hurry to get back to work with another customer. So, I patiently waited for 30 minutes (past my scheduled time). Around 1:30 PM, I walked out. Twenty minutes later, I got an email from the owner saying that Alex was looking for me. I emailed him back and let the owner know I waited approximately 50 minutes past my initial appointment. Jose's responses throughout the emails were unprofessional, and he did not want to accommodate or show any sympathy toward his customer's negative experience. It's pretty questionable what he does with other vehicles if he's this disorganized, which makes me happy that this individual doesn't go near an expensive car.
