Disappointing experience at the car wash on Princes Hwy, Kogarah…read more Review: On 5 September 2025 I visited the hand car wash at 71-75 Princes Hwy, Kogarah NSW 2217. The owner advertised a $25 hand wash for outside cleaning. When I asked what was included for 25 25,I was told onlyan exteriorwash.The exterior vacum inside wash was quotedat $59, which I agreed to. After the service, I found a small blind spot (a suction cup) missing and the car roof and other areas not cleaned properly. I returned the same day told to come back next day with the issue. On 6 September 2025, I saw a worker spread a large rug on the car roof and drag it, which didn't improve the cleaning. The owner then told me the car needed polishing and quoted $300, which seemed excessive given the remaining dust in various areas, and the roof still wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Overall, I left unimpressed with the service and communication. If you're considering this place, you may want to clarify exactly what's included and inspect the car before leaving.
