Was promised delivery in 14-17 days from Calgary to NB. Handed car over to them on 26 Mar in Calgary, there was no rep from the company. Big red flag, only a security guard of the CN rail was there. He had no idea who the company was. The work was contracted to another moving company. Car was not moved for 10 days!! 6th Apr car moved on to a train to Scarborough, reached Scarborough on 10th. Car was parked in Scarborough for 15 days!! There was no communication from the company. They never picked up any calls. Always found voicemail. They did not respond to emails. After repeated emails they finally responded, promised delivery on 22 Apr. When 22 Apr came and left, they said delivery will be on 24th, all the while I could see the car was still in Toronto as my car had a tracker. They failed to communicate driver contact or the contact of their dispatch Had to threaten them with a police report of car theft to get a response. When they finally replied, turns out they had contracted out this part of the delivery to another third party. I was able to reach the trucking company and get a gps tracker for the truck and finally got delivery of my car on 27th Apr, a full month after I had handed them over my car. They took 31 days for delivery, 13-16 days more than the initial promise. I had to incur so much costs in meanwhile. More than the delay the poor communication and lack of updates from the company hurt.

At 12 noon same day i wrote asking them to let me know if they have picked the vehicle, they simply said "will update you". 3hours later the vehicle had not been picked. I called them 4 times, didnt pick the call. They do not pick their calls. They stopped responding to my emails. Just went quiet. How do you expect clients to trust you when you don't pick up calls or respond to their messages inquiring about vehicles THEY HAVE PAID FOR, to get transported. For stonewalling and going mute AFTER PAYMENT, I would give them ZERO. Absolutely TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO amount of apologies would suffice at this point. Save your money and use slightly more expensive but reliable transporters. The ratings you see on their facebook page or anywhere else are SELF-RATES, They give themselves 5 stars. Otherwise save your money! Tell anyone in Alberta to stay away from these people.

WARNING: Hidden Damage, Misrepresentation, and a $30,000 Loss…read moreWe purchased a CanDream Inc's used motorhome from ArrKann RV (Rocky View) after being assured by Eva Moser and Brock Simmons that it was "like brand new," fully inspected, and in excellent condition. That was not true. On pickup -- after driving 800 km -- we found multiple obvious issues: torn mattress, missing parts, cracked and unsafe tires, leaking hot water tank, dead TV, electrical problems, and a large stain above the driver's seat that staff called "soap residue." This stain was later proven to be long-term water damage. Months later we were accidentally given CanaDream Inc's internal service history, which ArrKann RV never disclosed. It showed repeated roof leaks and repairs in the exact areas we questioned on day one. None of this was disclosed before the sale. The tires were especially alarming. Despite "passing" an Alberta inspection, they were cracked deep into the tread. Neither ArrKann Rv nor CanaDream Inc. could explain how the inspection signed off on them. We still never received a clear answer. What followed were repeated 860 km trips for repairs -- all at our own cost -- with the motorhome sitting unusable for months while leaks continued. Repairs were delayed, incomplete, or undocumented. We were denied copies of repair records because ArrKann RV and CanaDream Inc. claimed everything was handled through their "internal agreement." ICBC later informed us the motorhome was still registered to CanaDream, meaning ArrKann sold it before it was even properly transferred. After 14 months, when we tried to trade the unit in, an independent dealer found major structural roof damage and hidden repair work that made the unit worth far less. We lost over $30,000 because of undisclosed issues. Stay way from thesis dealerships if you want truth and honesty, you will only be deceived!

The vehicle has suffered from repeated and dangerous brake system failures. TWICE, brake-related malfunctions caused a loss of control, resulting in an accident. This is not speculation -- this is a serious safety failure. On top of that, my vehicle has been brought to Ford North Star MORE THAN 10 TIMES for the same brake issue, and yet the problem remains unresolved. Each visit results in excuses, resets, or "could not replicate" responses -- while I continue driving an unsafe vehicle. Most recently, the brake/parking system failed again and left the car completely immobilized in my own garage. A brand-new car that cannot move is unacceptable. A brand-new car with recurring brake failures is dangerous. This dealership has had ample opportunity to diagnose and fix the problem and has failed every time. I have lost all confidence in their technical ability, honesty, and accountability. If you value safety, reliability, and real after-sales support, think very carefully before trusting this dealership.

He has been so disrespectful and dismissive the whole time dealing with him. This man needs to be fired. I recently used this service to ship my car from Vancouver to Ottawa. It was my first time doing…read moresomething like this, so I researched and received quotes from similar companies who also did car shipment. Most were by train, and their quotes were about $300-500 less, but the thing about transportation by train is they won't allow you to store anything in the car during shipment, other than car seats and tires. Since I had other belongings to transport, this would save me money and time overall (as well as convenience). The quote I received was honoured, I paid just under $2100. They allow 150 lbs of items in the car, which is plenty (I weighed everything). You can't put anything in the front seats and there has to be enough room for the front seats to be pushed all the way back as well. This was not an issue for me because I have a hatchback with plenty of storage space, but I see how this could be difficult to maximize if you had a sedan or coupe. You have to ask for this, but I was able to pay them half prior to drop off and the second half of the payment a day or two prior to expected delivery. I chose e-transfer to avoid the additional fee for payments by credit card. They estimated that it would take 7-14 days to arrive, which was fine, because I had kind of put off this until last minute. They ended up taking only 7 days, which worked perfectly for me. Drop off was in Richmond. One thing is that they wanted my car to be dropped off by Wednesday, but they did not end up picking up the car until Friday. I wish they had given a better estimate of when they'd require my car, so I could use my car for 2 more days and not have to rush to pack everything. But I get that shipment schedules don't always go as planned, and they wanted the car ready for pickup when they got there. Note that if you want a residential delivery, there is a $200 extra surcharge. You will have to coordinate somewhere in the city (a commercial location) for drop off in Ottawa, because they don't have a terminal there. Prior to booking, I did most of the correspondence via email. Kim responded quickly, answering all my questions. I found that after I had paid half, booked, I would get a less timely response to emails, or none at all. When I called during regular business hours, selecting various options, it went to voicemail. This was after I had fully paid. It was like when they needed me to pay, they'd reach out right away, but after that, it felt like my emails were less important. Also, once I was called "Samantha" in the email which was confusing. However, wasn't a big deal because I got the information in the end. Otherwise, overall, I would recommend this service. I'm very happy with the speed they delivered my car. Not only did they get my car over faster than a train would have, I was also able to move all my belongings as well. I'd definitely use their service again.
