I decided to replace my windshield at the same time as there were two cracks in it and I hadn't had to replace it yet in the six years I've had the vehicle (almost unheard of in Calgary). They were very friendly, did delivery/pick-up from the LRT station and did a great job. When I asked them to either fix the chip properly or refund my money, they rudely refused to do either. However, the branch manager, who appeared to be Russian, denied my request outright. This company is completely unprofessional, extremely rude, and a total waste of time and money. Importantly, when you call in, a real person answers the phone and gives you a quote right away! No recordings or electronic answering prompts to navigate. These are real people with a pulse. I've had at least 3 windshields installed here. After the fact, they look after you promptly if something needs attention. The shop is easy to find just west of Edmonton Trail, a block south of 40th Ave. If you can't spare the time to drive to their shop they will pick up your car, leave you a loaner, and return your car with new windshield 2-3 hours later.

Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in.
