When I asked them to either fix the chip properly or refund my money, they rudely refused to do either. I even suggested I would have the chip repaired at another glass company and return to request a refund if they managed to fix it. However, the branch manager, who appeared to be Russian, denied my request outright. This company is completely unprofessional, extremely rude, and a total waste of time and money. They didn't fix my glass, and their customer service is appalling. Avoid this company.

They will use the door sill on your vehicle to stand on leaving black glue from their boots on it. The interior will need detailing as the vehicle will never be returned in the same condition as it went in. As well the previous installation had scratches on the door pillar beside the windshield. The installers do not care. Better off to pay a little more and go elsewhere which is what I will do for any future windshields.

What is worse is knowing that I potentially would have to drive all those miles back home praying that I wouldn't have a spiderweb of cracks obscuring my vision. As annoying as the jingle for Speedy Glass is, it was what made me remember that they repair and replace glass. A little research on the inter-web at 11:00pm at night allowed me to book an online appointment for glass repair for the next morning. In and out in 40 minutes, free wifi in their waiting room, $60 and I was good to go. All you can see now is 3 tiny slightly opaque dots on the inside of the windshield. The cracking around the points of impact has vanished to the sight. They can't guarantee that this will prevent further cracking, but they will apply the $60 towards a new windshield if one is needed in the future.
