When getting it replaced again the guy was shocked that they didn't use the right kind of glue, it made a huge disaster, and it wasn't sealed right and now my car has rust. In spite of that, I was charged the same as the next place which put in a much better product. The tech there said it was THE WORST work he's ever seen, and they must have used the cheapest products available on earth. Look at my 2021 car rusting out where they placed the windshield! Terrible. We brought our RV in to have a cracked windshield replaced and in the process of replacing one half of the front windshield, they cracked the other side. Now we are being told there were small pits in the perfectly fine side of the windshield so it's our fault that it cracked. It's an older RV, so had we been informed BEFORE we brought it in that small, invisible pits in the glass might result in extra cracking during installation and we agreed to proceed, well that would have been one thing, but we were never told this until conveniently after the fact. On the plus side, super good at offering apology's, on the extreme negative, we just paid this business $1000 to end up exactly where we started, except $1000 poorer. Full disclosure, they offered a discounted installation on the glass they cracked (still $700 out of our pocket), but it was not immediately offered and only was bantered about after we made it abundantly clear how upset we were to have brought our property in to have it returned broken. I wish I didn't have to write this review, I really just wish that they would have taken responsibility for cracking our other windshield and I'm really disappointed in how they handled this.

Looked…read moregood until I went to open it and it had not been reattached properly with the side rubber guards not attached and the mechanism not siding. When I brought it back, service staff quickly went to show how some parts were only partially attached and left grease marks on interior of the car. Manager came out to say he would go to the dealer the next day to get details on parts and would call me. 2 weeks later I called and he still hadn't gone. Called back a week later and he said I had to stop quick by so he could get part numbers first. Stopped by then he said he'd need to schedule me in for a longer appointment. Brought it back again, and he came out saying they found parts "just laying in the window track" which made no sense as they weren't just laying there when I had it before. Then said he didn't know how to reattach it, but he checked and it would only cost me $250 to take it to the dealer to finish the job. Asked about getting them to cover the cost and he said that wasn't their job, but I could schedule something for them to clean the grease off the fabric. Had husband call and describe what our mechanic said and left a message for the owner to call. It's been another week and nothing.

Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number.
