Without hesitation Kelly,told me to take a seat and that someone would be around to take my car into the back and clean it out and put plastic over so that I could continue on my way. She gave me a very reasonable estimate to have a new window installed but unfortunately installation would not be for several days. They gave me the option of checking to see if I could get it repaired elsewhere earlier, which I was able to do, and when they brought my car back after it had been cleaned up, I inquired about the cost and was told, no charge even through they had spent about 30 minutes cleaning up the broken glass etc. Customer service sure does not get any better than this! They will use the door sill on your vehicle to stand on leaving black glue from their boots on it. The interior will need detailing as the vehicle will never be returned in the same condition as it went in. As well the previous installation had scratches on the door pillar beside the windshield. The installers do not care. Better off to pay a little more and go elsewhere which is what I will do for any future windshields.

Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The only reason why I am here now is because of course I got a chip in my windshield the day before last driving on the freeway :-( but my mind is at ease knowing the Windshield Surgeons have my back.
