I have taken my vehicle here a couple of times for insurance work. The work they do is top-notch and the staff is great. Interesting story. Currently, my truck is there as it would not start considering it is -40 out. However, the staff towed my truck into the shop and plugged it in after trying to boost it a few times. They DID NOT have to do this, but this just shows their character. They will go above and beyond to help people out, not because they are just a business and want to please the customer (which they do), but because they are simply a great team of people. read more

Bad Service? Blame the Receptionist... I recently had my vehicle repaired via insurance through TD and everything was fine upon pick up. It was nice to know that the work they've done on my vehicle is covered by a life time warranty. However, a few months later I noticed my side skirt on my driver side was sticking out about half an inch. The double sided tape used was not strong enough; I took the liberty to fix this myself and taped it back on with stronger tape. A couple weeks later I noticed the passenger side having the same issue. At this point I decided to bring this back to Crowfoot Image to have this fixed. I went down to the shop on my day off and showed them the issue and they said due to the cold weather and how busy they were, they could not fix it that day and would have to drop in another day. This is unfortunate as they are only open 8-5 Monday - Friday which is very inconvenient. I called them a couple months later explained in detail what I needed, the receptionist advised me it was not necessary and to just drop in and they would service it right away. Because of their store hours I had my partner drop off the vehicle for me to find out that they were too busy and I had to book an appointment...after she got there. I was talking to Brandon and he advised me the receptionist must have not checked my file and told me to drop in. What's the difference? Their work is under warranty... Now we have to make a 3rd trip for something that should have been done right the first time. It is extremely frustrating that customers have come back to have their car fixed properly, and the piss poor customer service that you have to deal. Crowfoot Image offers a "Warranty" just like most insured body shops; only difference is they waste your time first to fix their own mistake. read more

I've had my car in to crowfoot image 3 times now. Really easy to work with and they do a really great job.

My entire experience with this business was professional and painless. The repair was completed on-time, and the bodywork itself is of excellent quality- paint match, body gap, fit & finish are all as-new. What really made the difference for me was the condition of my truck when I received it. I made an effort to drop it off freshly washed, but when I got it back, I realized they had even detailed my interior- wiping down my dash and washing my floormats! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. read more

DO NOT GO TO Crowfoot Image for any repairs. 1.) I brought my Toyota to Crowfoot Image and upon picking up the vehicle, multiple panels, gaps are misaligned and uneven. Sean Wilson did not want to hear me, continuously claimed" Toyota Certified" the repair and they did an "excellent job" and it is normal to be misaligned. He tried to dismiss me, and I refuse to pick up my car in this condition. I ask about documentation for the certified repair -That he claimed is in the receipt but and not on my receipt , he refuse to speak with me when I ask the receptionist that I want to verify this point. I contacted my insurance regarding this...Then Sean Wilson changed his story saying the the headlights are causing misalignment. Although in the morning he claimed to be "Toyota certified" and they did an excellent job. The car is still at their shop. I hope the owner and Sean Wilson would own up to the poor workmanship. If this is a "certified / excellent repair job that I sincerely wish and not accept Sean Wilson's Karma back to him, the owner and who ever is involved that when they themselves and their family ( daughter , wife and son) would receive the same quality of service / repair at the hospital and dental clinic. Which means the surgeons and dentist would treat Whoever was involved and benefited with the same quality of work on to their bodies- that was done onto my car. I have to make it is is the proper condition as this is a leased vehicle. And in principle after $10,000 in repairs it should be done right. 2.) The receptionist got deductible payment from me before I even look that the results, did not staple any paperwork or receipt together, and toss me the keys. Did not tell me where my car was. I had to ask. Poor service, Poor etiquette, Poor workmanship and Deny responsibility. Our van was in an accident just before Christmas 2013. Crowfoot Image was recommended by our insurance company. After the repairs were completed, the van was cleaned inside and outside - it was spotless. Received their warranty documentation and a detailed listing of the repairs that the other driver's insurance company had to cover. Was advised that if anything was not right, to call them. 6 months later, there was a problem with the air conditioning system. While the van was at the dealer for routine servicing, the dealer fixed the air conditioning problem and Crowfoot Image immediately advised the dealer to bill Crowfoot Image for the air conditioning problem. The Crowfoot Image service was prompt on the spot, professional and totally satisfactory. A 5 star service experience for us. Very impressed. read more
