My friends both got the ginger lattes and I got a tiramisu latte. Flavor and balance was really good, service was pretty fast, plenty of seating, and beautiful interior/exterior. Many people were doing work or reading, there's artwork that you can peruse. Very cute for a coffee shop date or studying/working, All in an older building that still has a lot of life- that also gives life to the people that walk in and out.

There is space to work and many people were on laptops, but I grabbed my drink to go. You'll have to go up a set of stairs to get to the coffee shop, so be mindful of that. It's also kind of warm - they had a bunch of loud fans going. I don't know if that's just because it's summertime and the building is old and harder to cool or if they had water damage from all the rain and are drying out. It didn't bother me but noting that in case it does bother others.

There are typically long lines in the morning hours, but the line moves quickly most of the time. Aside from coffee, they have delicious cookies and other baked goods in the case and a selection of grab and go sandwiches, salads, fruit, yogurt, etc... The coffee is not amazing, but not bad. I would not recommend getting a drip decaf coffee in the afternoon because it will likely be cold. Instead, go for a decaf americano! The customer service is good. Anytime I have had an issue with my drink, the staff has offered to remake it. Fun things to consider! They have a coffee stamp card and after 10 drinks, you earn $2 off. If you bring your own cup or one of their cups to refill you will get $1 off your drink. I have been known for keeping a cup for a week to refill! The best deal is the 3 after 3! After 3 PM you can get a coffee refill and your choice of cookie for $3. It is a nice treat in the late afternoon.,

I really really really miss the Hubbard & Cravens that was formerly at this location (RIP Healthy…read moreElephant shake). However, since this Copper Moon is sometimes the nearest espresso location during a busy day at work, it is "the" option. Still on a caffeine hiatus, I tend to get a plain decaf latte, for the espresso taste. The service is typically friendly, but the drink make line can get backed up (especially when there are newbies manning the machine...and there seems to be turnover frequently). The pastry and grab n' go options are overpriced in my opinion; so were Hubbard & Cravens' options, but at least the quality was better. I can't speak to the regular coffee or flavored drinks, just to my okay plain decaf lattes...which are difficult to screw up.
