She made my drink incorrectly the first time, and when I asked for it to be remade, she either forgot or simply never made the replacement. Because of that experience, I left a 3-star review. I decided to come back today and give the place another chance, and I ended up with Shae as my bartender again. I ordered the exact same drink I always order. Once again, it was made incorrectly. I politely reminded her that I do not want olive juice in my martini. Instead of simply correcting it, she became visibly irritated, started giving me attitude, and was rude toward me. A few minutes later, she accused me of having an issue with her and told me that if that was going to be the case, I could leave. So I did. While I was in the parking lot getting on my motorcycle, two managers approached me and accused me of being rude, specifically bringing up the 3-star review I had left after my previous visit. Being confronted in the parking lot over an honest review was completely inappropriate and only reinforced my opinion of how this place handles customer service and criticism. Last time I gave them 3 stars. After this experience, it is 1 star. I will not be returning.

Luckily, I travel with my own hot sauce since the Potato Skins are not served with the standard salsa side. Service was slow and unmemorable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit with my girlfriend; however, nothing about L&M Farmhouse stood out for me.

A chair wa placed at the end of the table for the booth we were in. The legs for the table were such that I had to "tuck" my feet under the chair I was sitting on. This was very uncomfortable for someone who had seven knee surgeries. During the meal I had to place the plate with my biscuit onto my knee to get my coffee refilled, either that or the server would have needed to reach over me to refill it. The food was a bit of a disappointment for two of us. I had the chicken fried steak with country potatoes. My wife had eggs Benedict with loaded hash browns. My county potatoes were actually cool, not cold, not even warm, cool. What made them semi-warm was the gravy on top of them. My wife's potatoes appear to have been sitting around. They were more than crispy, being hard, and cold. The eggs for the eggs Benedict were almost completely hard cooked. The yolk was not at all runny, to blend in with the sauce. Her fruit cup had lots of water in it, and the melon was not as ripe as it should have been. She remarked later she should have gotten the biscuit. We did not complain to the server. Had we done so everyone else in our party would have finished their meals by the time our replacement would have arrived. Well over $100 spent for a disappointing experience. The first we can remember at a Black Bear Diner.

Our drink order was taken right away. The rustic feel of the restaurant is perfect for any family. The salad bar is worth the mind blowing dollar add on to any meal. When we pass through Orting Tim's is always on our list as a place to stop in. I usually get the country fried steak which is fantastic. Even my son who is a picky eater loves it.
