L&M Farmhouse offers a full bar with a decent selection of draft craft beer. Indoors, there are TVs mounted, a couple pool tables, digital jukebox, dart boards, stage and a dance floor. Outdoor seating is also available. Food menu has an assortment of items ensuring that there is something for everyone. Lunch specials run daily from 12pm-5pm. Happy Hour is offered Mon-Fri from 2pm-5pm. I had a Bodhi for $6 and my girlfriend had a Mac & Jack for $6. We shared the Potato Skins for $9.99. Luckily, I travel with my own hot sauce since the Potato Skins are not served with the standard salsa side. Service was slow and unmemorable. The worst absolute service of my entire life and I myself am a bartender. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. We waited over an hour for our food before asking where our food was. All kids 6 and under. Because we asked about eta on the food the lady gave us an excuse as to why it got messed up and came back with the manager and the owner asking us to leave. For literally no reason at all! We did not ask in a rude manner and were actually understanding. If this is how you run a business, it's pretty fucking sad. Whatever goes on in your personal life outside of work should not affect your business and how you perform and if that is affecting your ability to work and run a business then you should probably stay the fuck home. Their food is really good And the service is really good. All of the weight staff is very attentive and make sure you completely have everything you need. Also, it's a really fun place for karaoke. They have an amazing host on Friday nights. Was lucky enough to have one of the funnier servers and bartenders named Heather tending to our needs, but I kept it simple. They are actually pretty cool. When you order a burger here you get your choice of sides, which could be their soup, salad, or fries. So I naturally opted for the tomato basil soup, my brother on the other hand he had to have the classic Reuben sandwich with french fries... I need to tell you their season fries are so good that they should be snorted the restaurant or smoked in a pipe. It is got to be the best serving of fries I've ever stolen off my brothers played the hamburger was delicious. The bun is an epic brioche bun. This place has a ton of TVs and fun activities and it was actually a historic fire house so you can go out front and see the historic fire engine. The prices are very reasonable between two beverages in to good-sized bills you were out a total of 40 bucks unless she decided to tip more... My fiance and I decided to try it for the 1st time. Immediately when we sat down we could smell the bathrooms so we moved to a seat farther away. It still stunk really bad. The server lady was very nice and the burgers weren't bad. The fries are actually really good, but we got the check and it was wrong. She tried to fix it, but it was still wrong. Finally got it fixed, and then after paying noticed we were charged $1.00 for each teeny side of ranch. My wife and I had dinner with another couple last night. The women ordered their steak special and asked for it medium. I ordered a burger with onion rings instead of fries. Both steaks came out very close to raw with only the surface seared. My "upgrade" to onion rings cost an extra $5. the sauce that came with my onion rings cost an additional $2. there was an additional "service fee" added to the invoice that had no explanation. We came for the advertised "NYE party of the year". Karaoke and DJ were fantastic! But, The service was total crap. The wait staff completely ignored us even when we stood up at the bar trying to get a drink: they had plenty of time to visit with their friends. They literally sat down at their table and visited. But no time for anyone else. There were no drink specials as advertised. The oven wasn't working (supposedly). We love L&M but this was awful. I took my friend and my daughter here a couple of weeks ago. The food was great, and the fries were delicious. The place is big with lots of seating .However, the waitresses were EXTREMELY rude. Within the last year every time I go, the staff is very rude and treat me like an outsider because I'm not one of their "regulars". I have worked in the service industry so I sympathize with them, however a smile and warm greeting goes a long way. You do not get this here. TREATED LIKE TOTAL GARBAGE. RUDE RUDE RUDE. NEVER AGAIN. My husband and I stopped this past Saturday night to get a table for a total of six people. Four of our friends were to meet us there for drinks and dinner. Lots of tables were free and it wasn't very busy yet. (Approximately 5:30-ish). As we enter, the guy behind the bar (I think he is the new owner? I'm not positive) yells at us all the way across to where we are standing near the dart games, to "Have a seat, we'll get to ya' when we can!" This wasn't in a nice casual friendly way like one might think (and which we'd be fine with) it was just super brusque and rude. So, my husband walks over to the bar to keep the guy from yelling at us from across the place, and says very politely that he just has a quick question. The guy responds super sarcastically and loudly, "Well, I have the answer!" Again, he truly wasn't being jovial or joking, he was being an absolute jerk. My husband proceeds to ask if we can move two of the available tables near the dart game area together for our group. And this guy again responds rudely. He says that he can't do that, that he has no tables for six available. Say what??? There's a family of five at two pushed together tables right in front of me. So I don't believe it had anything to do with COVID, and if it had, he could have kindly explained that. We'd have understood! Well, by that point, we were super annoyed and thought if he doesn't want six easy-to-please paying customers that always tip well, we'd be happy to take our business somewhere else. We texted our four friends and told them that since we were just treated like total crap, we were leaving. We all ended up down the road at Tim's restaurant where the food is pretty good, the service is always friendly and they clearly value and appreciate people's patronage. Needless to say, none of us will EVER return to this place. EVER. We always try and support our hometown businesses as often as we can, but this guy is doing himself zero favors in the way he addresses and treats customers. I guess he's just not aware that there are plenty of bars and restaurants that would love to have the business in these trying times. I'm so glad this place is able to operate during COVID. I drive by there often and wanted to check it out. First impression was that the server was very stressed out. She did not hide her grumpiness at all. It about 15 min once we were sat to place our order. Then another 45 min to receive our food. Our appetiser came out as we were finishing our meal. We waited so long to try this place and unfortunately it was a total disappointment. We understand covid has affected EVERYTHING but still a disappointment. I had the southwest veggie wrap with tomato soup. Also had a mojito. The wrap was bland, the tomato soup was not palatable, and the mojito was not made properly. We really wanted to come in for dinner with our kids, but we were turned away because they "could not accommodate us" even though there were SEVERAL open tables and a large table with an expired reservation. We tried to come up with solutions including moving tables, but the owner came out and aggressively told us we couldn't move anything, which at that point we had put it back and were talking about solutions, which would also make THEM money. They could have even seated us at separate tables, but they didn't try to make any accommodations at all. We felt the staff was lazy and unwilling to take more tables even though they were incredibly slow and empty. Would not recommend. read more

We stumbled by this place today at lunch while doing business in Orting. Looks nice from the outside, with a large parking lot. Inside is pretty nice too, considering this is a full bar (beer, wine & hard drinks). VERY nice waitress - she made recommendations, and they were spot on. We both had the chowder to start - about the best restaurant chowder we've had - the waitress told us they make it up fresh from scratch every morning, and boy does it taste like it. Anne had the Jenny burger and I had the bacon cheeseburger. Fabulous! Thick and juicy - with lots of goodies on them - fresh onions, tomatoes and lettuce. The flavor of the meat was excellent. I had the "homemade fries" which were excellent as well. Anne had the tots. Just bear in mind it's a full bar - HUGE food menu and all, but it's a bar. So I imagine at night it can get rather loud and rambunctious - so if that's not your thing, I'd consider this a great lunch stop only. Bathrooms weren't very nice... the men's room was pretty dirty and Anne said one of the toilets in the women's was no longer attached to the floor! But all in all, a great place to grab a very good lunch while in town. My husband and I stopped here for dinner while on a motorcycle ride. We kicked it old-school but walking into a place that looked good, no Yelp involved. That was a mistake. Not to say that this place is terrible. The atmosphere was no frills, which is fine. The cups were plastic and the meals were served in reusable baskets. It felt more like a bar that served food than a restaurant that has a bar. I ordered a turkey melt with a side salad. The salad was a bowl of iceberg lettuce with some cheese, croutons and a tomato. That was a $1 upcharge to my sandwich in lieu of having a side of fries. The sandwich didn't have tomato in it as the menu described. The sandwich was so flat with barely any meat. The bacon was not crispy at all. It was put together in a sloppy way and it looks like they just threw it into the basket. I couldn't believe that sandwich was $12. Overall, the taste was probably a three rating. I used the bathroom and wish that I didn't. The bathroom was in rough condition and wasn't clean. As others have said, they charge an admin fee. We were told that credit card companies are charging 4%, so the owner passes that onto the bill. When my husband mentioned that we weren't asked if we were paying with a credit card, the response was the most of the customers do. I guess it's easier that way, but that's ridiculous. I suppose this is what we get for going "wild" without Yelp's help. When I checked in, I saw the 2.5 star rating. Oh well, we were already there... read more

I've lived in the area forever. We have been to the Firehouse a lot because we do enjoy the food. Yesterday we had a Breast Cancer ride and afterwards we decided to go get a bite to eat at the Firehouse. The staff was so rude, she said she was the only one working and seemed upset that we were there. The door to the patio was locked so we were going to eat inside. The waitress said "no, you guys can sit outside and she unlocked the door. She was not happy, it was like we were disrupting her day. If the owner knew there was Red Hat Days and a couple benefit rides why not get more staff in there. We did order food, mine never came. I didn't complain as I knew they were short staffed so I just shared with my husband. But the attitudes there need an adjustment. As of now we probably won't be coming back. It's a shame because we enjoy the food and atmosphere and it's close to home. I would rather go somewhere where the staff doesn't seem put out by you walking through the door. read more
