Its a step back in time to the 70s. We went in looking for brunch and found a gem!!! The service was amazing and the food was so good. We definitely will be coming back and bringing friends to join us. The tables and chairs are all retro. There are retro pictures on the walls and flowers on the ceiling. They are cashless just a heads up!

Found this little nook on a whim and I wanna make this place home! It's got a cute 70s vibe with good funky music! During the week there's lots of seating and on the weekend they have lil pop ups in the other room either clothes or trinkets! Every time I've gone the bartenders were super quick and super attentive and above all so friendly!! Our food came out in decent time and was reallly good for bar food, I'm excited to come back and try more. So far I've got the toasted ravs which was great, as well as the loaded fries and the fried twinkies all great and all would order again.

This is a neat bar that transports you to the 60's as you enter and are bombarded by earth tones and psychedelic décor. Picking a spot to sit is not an easy decision with so many options. There are lots of tables, chairs, couches spread out in two large rooms. One corner in the back resembles a living room with a cozy fake fireplace and old foldable tables to rest your drinks on. There are lots of things to check out on the wall and even a vending machine with mystery bags of various themes. They offer drinks and food. The Sweetest Thing $13 - This was giving tiki bar vibes with the ticket plastic goblet cup and twisty straw. The drink was true to its name and one was plenty. Located in Bevo Mill neighborhood across the street from Das Bevo. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2025

This bar was so fun !! 70s themed and they played the PART - bar tenders dressed in character, themed drinks, perfect music vibes all around We went earlier in the evening so it was small groups conversing, no dancing or anything yet but the DJ was playing and we enjoyed the lights and the atmosphere. The food was good, we got a sandwich and a bowl and were not disappointed. The drink was cool - it was a gold dust spirit bottle for 2-3 servings which was kind of cool and fun! The art on the walls was awesome as well as the seating with the old couch and chairs with bookshelves and lamps, much like a living room, very cute and cozy. However it's kind of good sized, with another room attached for seating and I think another bar. All together, super cute and would go back

Went to Tim's chrome bar on a Wednesday night for trivia and it was much fuller than I expected. You can park in the lot across the street or on the street both a pretty accessible. I arrived a few minutes before the start time to order food and get drinks and the staff was friendly and super helpful. I got 2 drinks (the ruby slipper and a gimme gimme gimme) and an appetizer. All were great. The two drinks weren't too strong but definitely not weak. For an appetizer the quesadilla was pretty big and was basically a full meal. It came with a pineapple salsa which was very tasty The trivia was a lot of fun too, our host kept the pace good and the mood light. He would give us "facts" for every number some of which were funnier than others. Overall would like to come back on another Wednesday with some friend and have a good time

The cutest retro bar with great food, drinks, music and fun bingo nights. Love this place!

Came here on a whim with a couple of girlfriends for late night drinks and didn't know what to expect. It's a super fun, groovy 70s themed bar. There was house music the night we went so it was basically a club. We ordered a few cocktails that were ok and a couple of appetizers. The fries and toasted ravs are so good! It did get really busy so ordering drinks at the bar took a little longer. Would love to come back for other events like bingo.

Absolutely the best, "Dive Bar" I have ever been to. The decor is super tacky and that is because it is a total throwback to the 1970's. If you don't have fun here, I recommend you find a therapist. My first visit, I came to help celebrate a birthday and we came on BINGO night. I was impressed with the cocktail menu and the food menu was impressive, too. I think we ordered almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious. The stand out stars were the Crab Rangoon Nachos and Brussels Sprouts. Their Basket of Fries were crispy and just the right amount of salt, too. My most recent visit, blew my mind. I joined a friend for their Tuesday Special, which is an amazing deal for $20. For $20, you get a, Vodka Martini, Burger and Fries. That is a delicious dinner and a Happy Hour cocktail. Or, let's call it what it really is, an Adult Happy Meal. The service is always top notch for a dive bar. The staff is always friendly and professional. They make everyone feel welcome. If you haven't been to Tim's Chrome Bar, you need to add it to your bucket list and get there as fast as you can.

I love Tim's Chrome bar! I have been here several times and it is a great hangout spot! The decor is amazing and unique! They have a food menu with some delicious eats. My favorite is the cocktails! I have tried most of them and they are all worth trying! They also have a great selection of craft beers too. Service is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is a cozy, fun and comfortable vibe! Sometimes they have events like bingo, a DJ, or music which is so fun! They have street parking right in front that usually has some open spots. If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, cool decor, cocktail bar definitely check out Tim's Chrome Bar!

This place really is like a time capsule! The decor and overall vibe really does feel like a blast from the past. We ended up trying this place for 314 day and they had the BEST specials. We had the toasted ravs, Busch light drafts and gooey butter cake shots all for $3.14 each - what a steal! The bingo nights and the burger, fries and martini Tuesday nights look super fun. All of the bartenders were really friendly. Can't wait to come back!

The music is always a hit when Jay-E is the guest DJ! I love playing bingo (free) on Sundays and there's a variety of prizes to win! The bartenders/kitchen staff are nice and the food is pretty good for a bar setting.

Funky bar with awesome cocktails. I enjoyed a lovely day, their take on an espresso martini which is just what I wanted as a night cap. They have plenty of beer options as well. It was packed so we sat at a table but would've preferred the coziness of the couches--next time!

I loved this place! Many friends had suggested this place and I finally got the chance to go! When I pulled up with my friends, they said it was a $5.00 cover AND that they're cashless. No worries but a little surprising. After paying, we walked in and I was blown away. The inside is covered with different paintings and then walking towards the bar was all things 70s! I had a chance to look at both the cocktail and food menu. They had a lot of things that looked good, but I had neither an appetite nor a desire to have any more alcohol for the rest of the night. The dj they had was on point and playing some great songs. I loved the flowers on the ceiling and the random 70s fixtures they had, specifically the rotary phone and vcr player! It felt so nostalgic seeing those especially after not having seen them in years. I loved the vibes and the crowd of people was nice as well. The whole atmosphere was upbeat and everyone seemed happy to be there. I'll def be back!

There's something that makes it so special being smaller and intimate. The ambiance reminded me a bit of Pagan Wine Bar, low lighting was probably it. They have a decent size draught list that features local breweries. It isn't overwhelming which I can appreciate. They also have packaged beer and cider, as well as wine. We even tried Malort gummy bears which weren't bad: the sweetness of the candy evens out the taste. Id definitely return!

Cozy and inviting, a place you don't feel out of place (even for someone as socially anxious as I can be). Drink in the design, then chase it with a draught. I appreciate the constantly rotating selection of lagers and pilsners; each visit is a bit different, with five or six selections ranging from light lagers to hoppy pilsners and occasional baltic porters and cold IPAs. Half pours and slow pours are my favorite way to get the full experience at Little Lager. The bartenders are also very friendly and knowledgeable; I enjoy seeing the community they've created among regulars and I've learned a bit more about different beer styles and their serving methods on my stops in. I've personally recommended Little Lager to friends and coworkers, but there are a few things to keep in mind: the small space is not the best for a group happy hours, there isn't a kitchen to serve food (though they do allow outside food) , and there are very few options for non-beer drinkers (outside of a few packaged ciders, wines, and different ways to experience Chicago's infamous Malort). Beyond that, it's a laid-back spot to visit with one or two friends after work or to experience their regular collaborations with local breweries like Perennial and 2nd Shift. I've been a fan since my first visit, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
