Love this brunch place. Absolutely my favorite hidden gem. So delicious. Especially the sweet…read morepower! Soooo good. Looking at this picture I'm craving it again. I've been here a few times and have tried a few things. I will say the iced coffee with a flavor is pretty sweet, so if you're not a fan of that keep that in mind or ask for light syrup. I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the tricolored potatoes (maybe personal preference) and the yogurt parfait didn't look like the picture of the social media. That's just me being extra critical. I can always come here though and feel satisfied!! I'm so tired of being let down by most of these restaurants in stl lol. I'm glad this one is good!

This place was great! Loved the 60's/70's vibe in all the places. I had Tim's food at a pop up in…read morethe past and it was great so was excited to try the brunch. We nabbed a spot on the street in front right by the bright yellow tables and daisy window decor. We had three and were greeted when we walked in and taken to a table. There seemed to be only a couple of servers, and they were handling the tables as well as the bar. Our girl was hustling! She was competent and friendly while being busy. She was great from start to finish. I went with 2 eggs over easy with potatoes as I am trying to eat less meat. Eggs were cooked perfectly and I could have eaten all the potatoes but ended up trading my plain ones with the ones my husband got with his meal; House Spuds came with the crispy potatoes, spicy mayo, house sour cream, diced green onion, and chili threads. So, so good! Everyone enjoyed their food and I really enjoyed the vibe. would like to come back to try other things on the menu and maybe get a coffee or cocktail.

( yes true stiry ask Adam shared his story!!!) The bartenders pour like they're trying to help you forget your ex, (and it worked for me-true story) the music somehow makes you think you can dance, and the crowd feels like a family reunion where nobody's related but everyone's having a great time! Came for one drink, stayed for five, left with three new friends and a strong suspicion I was part of someone else's karaoke video!

Little Lager is my absolute favorite bar in South City. You'll know the vibe is perfect the second…read moreyou step in, with a classic hip-hop soundtrack, low neon lighting, and a center bar that comprises most of the space. Cozy and inviting, a place you don't feel out of place (even for someone as socially anxious as I can be). Drink in the design, then chase it with a draught. I appreciate the constantly rotating selection of lagers and pilsners; each visit is a bit different, with five or six selections ranging from light lagers to hoppy pilsners and occasional baltic porters and cold IPAs. Half pours and slow pours are my favorite way to get the full experience at Little Lager. The bartenders are also very friendly and knowledgeable; I enjoy seeing the community they've created among regulars and I've learned a bit more about different beer styles and their serving methods on my stops in. I've personally recommended Little Lager to friends and coworkers, but there are a few things to keep in mind: the small space is not the best for a group happy hours, there isn't a kitchen to serve food (though they do allow outside food) , and there are very few options for non-beer drinkers (outside of a few packaged ciders, wines, and different ways to experience Chicago's infamous Malort). Beyond that, it's a laid-back spot to visit with one or two friends after work or to experience their regular collaborations with local breweries like Perennial and 2nd Shift. I've been a fan since my first visit, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
