The menu was extensive, and most dishes were priced around $15-25. It took a while to come out, but we were not in a rush. Everything was carefully plated and presented. Portions were generous, and there wasn't anything we didn't like. We had a couple of cocktails, which also took a bit, but the bartender carefully crafted each one and they were divine. I can't speak for other nights, but for this Saturday night, it was just one cook (which I believe is the owner?) and then a bartender who did all the front of the house duties.
