Russ promptly responded to my inquiry and set a convenient time for my estimate. Within five minutes of meeting Russ, I felt like I had been friends with him for years. He is engaging, professional, truthful, and genuinely cares about his customers. He provided a fair estimate, did not try to upsell me, explained the job in detail, and promptly responded to my questions and concerns. Russ was present while my roofing and gutters were installed, and the crew did not leave until the work was performed to Russ's satisfaction. We needed a new roof and started looking for a company to do the job. We found Timothy's Roofing and gave them a call. Within an hour Russ was able to come out and look at our roof and tell us how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. He gave us a quote on the roof as well as new gutters. They had a last minute opening a week later and we took it. Russ supervised throughout the installation and all of it was done within one day. They did a great job cleaning up after. We have a toddler and were worried about nails being on the ground after but it was clear they had been very thorough with their clean up. Now we have a beautiful new roof and gutters and can sleep more easily at night when it rains. If you're looking for someone to replace your roof Timothy's Roofing Co. is the best choice. read more

Found out we needed a new roof due to a leak and some rotten wood. We were not too happy but Russ made it very easy and was great! Russ was super responsive and a knowledgeable guy. His fantastic crew had our roof done in one day before 2:15p. Russ never tried to sell us anything but told us what was needed and what he could do. We had half a dozen companies talk to us and give an estimate. While we did did not go with the very cheapest estimate, we went with what we thought (and turned out to be) the best company. Many of the estimates were around each other, so we looked at customer service (can you get ahold of people when you have questions or problems), looked at someone who would answer our many questions, do an exceptional installation, offer a warranty on product as well as workmanship. Russ at Timothy's offered all the above. A few examples-- we must have texted or called Russ dozens of times with specific questions that we had. He ALWAYS answered, nearly immediately. He offered a 25 yr warranty of LABOR! who does that? amazing. He was at the worksite the entire time, and made sure any problems or concerns were taken care of so we didn't have to. The job was done in a day. Including replacing our plywood base. They did everything we wanted in a fair and honest price. The clean up was meticulous. Basically, there wasn't a single thing I wish was different or that I would change. I would strongly recommend Russ and Timothy's Roofing. read more

Russ was not too keen to help with a leak I have 3.5 years after installation. They finally called after 3 days and he said "well did you get the extended warranty? Yes. "Anything can happen in 5 years". Very poor customer service so far if you have a problem. After paying 11,200. for a roof, not a very good deal at all, I don't want to be put off We'll see. Follow up to come. UPDATE: 1/22 - After speaking with the owner of the company "Tim" who came to my house and spoke with me for over an hour. I feel very very much assured they would do what's right. He is a good honest guy. It turns out the problem is with a chimney repair and a the wrong pipe cap that was put on when another company installed a pipe through the roof last year. I must echo the reviews that say Timothy's Roofing customer service stinks! Russ was literally rude with my wife over the phone quizzing her about not getting the warranty when the roofing team NEVER told us that we had to work out the Warranty thru them, not the warranty company. We finally gave up trying to get the warranty and wish we had gotten it. Now, less than 5 years after installation of our upgraded roofing there was a leak in the failed collar around a bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof, AND we discovered that the roofing crew did NOT install the drip edge all along the back of our house AND never told us this. Their explanation of why is not very clear to us but at least they should have shown it to us then. Sadly, our older roof, which cost much less, was worth more to us and we cannot recommend Timothy's roofing. read more

Well needless to say we were in no hurry to get a new roof. That being said we also knew it was time to start looking into things. We had 6 companies come over, finally deciding on one ( after Timothy's Roofing came out) I wanted my husband to take lead on this, so after the decision was made I remained quiet for the most part. That night I was literally up all night, the things that the rep from the other company said just didn't add up. His pricing started at $27,000 and went all the way down to $8,000. The next morning I called Timothy's and spoke again to Russ. He took the time to speak to me even though we had made no commitment to do business with the company he represented. He asked" are you home" when I confirmed this, he said he'd be right over. Well, after he left from my home we had a contract $3,000 under the previous co and with better materials and a warranty to boot. We all have our issues as well as our own expectations, we look at reviews and listen to other people. Take the time to really look into this company. I felt relieved that this was done and done right. I left out for work that day not worrying that they would skirt around anything needed. A Class Act all the way. Russ and his crew were thorough, patient, and extremely professional. Our home was treated as if it were the business owner's and left very clean and tidy. The crew was prompt and convivial, explaining each step of the process to me and my family. Top quality materials were provided and applied with care and precision. Prices quoted were modest, accurate, no modifications added without complete review and consent, and they took every measure to save us dollars where appropriate. I highly recommend this company if you are considering a roof, windows, soffits, or gutters. Do NOT use their services! Their customer service is extremely lacking. One of their representatives, Russ, jerked me around, didn't follow up when he stated he would, and out right forgot about our appointment that we scheduled. He kept using as excuses that the windstorm put them behind. That doesn't excuse the lack of follow-up and commitment. Sadly, my Pastor recommended them so I decided to go forward. I had Timothy's Roofing replace my roof just under a year ago. Since then I have noticed a stain on my master bedroom getting larger so I thought I should have Timothy's out to look at the stain and check the attic to see where the leak was coming from. I have been trying for over two weeks now to have them come out and just look at the issue. I have been flexible and patient with the timing of their scheduling. At first they said they would come out over the weekend but cancelled because it was too windy. Not sure what the wind has to do with being in the my attic to assess the problem. The Timothy's said they would come out the following week, which has since come and gone. I have tried contacted them a number of times with no further responses from them. It would seem that since the work was done and the money paid they do not feel they have any obligation to existing clients. For this reason I would NOT recommend using Timothy's Roofing Company. read more

Russ and his crew just finished our roof on the house and our detached garage/potting shed. Weather caused our old shingles to fly off, and weather made scheduling difficult, but it's all done and it looks fantastic. We added skylights on the garage, and they're perfect. Between the roof and the new gutters and downspouts, our house looks brand new! My home is over 21 years old. During a rain storm a few years ago, the ridge vent was leaking profusely. I called Timothy's Roofing, on a recommendation from a business colleague, and in the middle of the storm, the CEO showed up and replaced the ridge vent. That is why I called them back to replace my roof. Russ was professional, considerate and had the job scheduled and completed within 3 weeks. That is customer service.
