I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. And honestly I'm not mad or upset, I am the kind of person that believes: If you don't do it right the first time, why take it back to you to fix it the second time! Three employees promised to complete the alterations by August 4: shorten the length, shorten the train, take in the hips, and add a slit. After paying in full, I expected my dress to be ready on time. Starting August 2, they stopped answering my messages. When I arrived on August 5, they told me they needed two weeks and had not even started working on my dress. With only one day left, I gave them a chance to fix it, since I had no other option. Overnight they completely ruined my dress: they unnecessarily took in the waist (which I never asked for), cut the length shorter than requested (I asked to keep it long enough to cover the shoes), left the train unfinished and simply pinned with a safety pin, and made the ugliest slit I have ever seen. That was the dress I had to wear for my wedding. They refused to help or correct their mistakes and instead wished me "good luck," telling me the dress was beautiful as it was. They also kept my good hanger, returning the dress on a cheap wire one, poorly pressed the groom's suit pants, and gave my dress back dirty, with black streaks. Their shop itself was dusty and unclean; after trying on my dress, the train was covered in dirt and even hair. They did not return my receipt, and I had to pick up my order from two different locations because they couldn't manage to send everything to one place. I also want to point out the unprofessionalism: my white dress was handled with bare hands and very long nails, about 4 cm in length. This is completely unacceptable for a business that works with white and delicate fabrics. The staff was rude, irresponsible, and incompetent. Measurements were taken incorrectly. I would not pay even one dollar for such disgraceful work. This was the worst experience of my life, right before my wedding. I strongly recommend never trusting this cleaners with your clothes. They should be ashamed of such service.

I couldn't tell when I picked it up as the shop had dim lighting in the front. But upon inspection it had more stain on it then when I came in. When I brought it in it had a small stain on the upper right by the collarbone, when I got it back there where small spots everywhere. I will never go back and will be informing all I know about the horrible service here.
