I was doing it for an event and I had to actually drive to a different location to pick up my clothes because they couldn't get it back to me in time this time. It was supposed to be ready by Friday. They said that they would text me when it's ready I called them repeatedly on Friday even texted them on Friday and never received a response. I left voicemails on Friday and Saturday. I never received a response. I called again on Monday no answer. I finally drove there on Monday and it was ready. No apology, no nothing. terrible Customer Service. I will be finding a new tailor.
