I'd had other issues and ended up switching back to my original phone company. I vowed to stay away from them and I would never go back.

They have acknowledged zero use on the lines, and also acknowledged that they were supposed to credit the amount, but "it was never authorized" - whatever that means. They have promised to credit the account in the next two days, but given past experience I am not optimistic. It appears from other reviews this is a common problem, and I don't know if the company is running a scam, or if they are just disorganized and very unprofessional.
