This made me a little nervous as I never got a call with the expense estimates but when I went to pick it up they said they were able to fix it without any new parts and only charged me another $30 for the labor. They also removed some junk that was slowing my computer down that I didn't know was there and I am pretty sure they cleaned it as well as it seems to have a lot less crumbs in between they keys and the screen is amazingly fingerprint free!

This is the biggest bait and switch I have ever dealt with and this company is a fraud. We told them over and over we only want the 1gb, nothing lower. They're next lowest option was 100mb which was almost $50 more than their competitor that they probably don't even know exists here yet, which is why they are so over charging and taking advantage of their customers. The customer service is childish and the woman and manner who took care of the call don't deserve the in they clearly don't want to be there. I am not the only person who has dealt with this, if anyone sees this bbb report before buying LCC or Tidewater Telcom(because they go by two different names) please, don't just take my word, Google research their reviews and they speak for themselves.
