Now that I'm retired I thought I'd be able to transfer to Fidium fiber (available on my street) but can't find anyone to help me transfer from business DSL to residential fiber. Their sales team is absolutely horrible. So, even though their service has been fine, I will now drop them and just use my secondary ISP: Spectrum, who doesn't have fiber yet but has professional sales and support.

The date didn't work for me, the next available was a week later. I got billed for that week without service. The associate at the store said nothing about a $50 setup fee. I can't call the store to complain, the number goes to a call center. They'll make a note of it and that's about it. Oh, and once your phone number is in their system, get ready to have 2-3 sales calls a day. Super frustrating when your existing service isn't even set up yet! Way to go spectrum, way to go!

What's most concerning is the lack of transparency and urgency. Instead of working collaboratively to investigate and contain the issue, Spectrum ultimately closed the case claiming no fault, while refusing to provide critical records (such as call logs) unless requested through legal channels. These are records that should be readily accessible to the account holder--especially during a security incident. This created unnecessary business disruption and forced me to take independent action, including filing reports with law enforcement and regulatory agencies. For a business service provider, this level of support during a potential breach is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other businesses to evaluate whether this level of risk and response aligns with their needs.

I fully read the return policy, and listened to the manager Jerod who sold me the phone. Neither of them said trading in phones was a non reversible process. I listened to an employee accept a trade in from a customer and he failed to notify her as well. Now I spent more money and got stuck with a worse phone because they wouldn't give me my phone back despite it still being inside the building.
