All of a sudden a year ago, I began receiving bills from a company called Clear Line (I assume they bought Pioneer?), for phone service I had not signed up for, nor was I using. In fact, the I had not even owned the numbers they were billing for for many years. I have now sent 12 emails to customer service (I email every time a bill comes) with no response, and just completed my third call to customer service, again informing them I do not have an account with the company. They have acknowledged zero use on the lines, and also acknowledged that they were supposed to credit the amount, but "it was never authorized" - whatever that means. They have promised to credit the account in the next two days, but given past experience I am not optimistic. It appears from other reviews this is a common problem, and I don't know if the company is running a scam, or if they are just disorganized and very unprofessional. In any case, I would steer clear of them.

I didn't hear from them for a week or so but then I got a call that it was fixed. This made me a little nervous as I never got a call with the expense estimates but when I went to pick it up they said they were able to fix it without any new parts and only charged me another $30 for the labor. They also removed some junk that was slowing my computer down that I didn't know was there and I am pretty sure they cleaned it as well as it seems to have a lot less crumbs in between they keys and the screen is amazingly fingerprint free!

Had I brought it back, I would have been charged upwards of $160 more for what should have been done in the first place. I ended up buying an external network adapter for $18 on Amazon and now I can get on the internet without a problem.

So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. The staff is very friendly and they are always busy. It is not unheard of to be waiting 30-45 minutes before you are helped, even they have 3 staff present. I went in, was helped by an over ambitious younger gentlemen who was very friendly but made a key mistake that made me ineligible for any promotion because of the way he placed the order. The Manager and District Manager all attempted to rectify, but they don't have the authority or the permissions to apply a promotion onto the account. They have to suffer the agony of talking with their customer service who then tells them there is no way to fix the situation. In then end, Corporate contacted me and said you have one options and if choose not to go with it, there is nothing else we can do and today I am paying full price for a phone that should have been free when I transferred my service from Verizon to T-Mobile. If I could give the staff 5-stars I would, but the fact T-mobile restricts store employees from performing MANY tasks and requires them to sit on a phone with customer see vice to do half their job, that is what leads to long waits and over 5 hours of being in store only to find out Corporate won't fix the issue.

We talked to Neil in the Auburn maine store. He looked us in the face and said he called the stores in south Portland and the Maine mall. He very specifically said the Portland store didn't have them but the maine mall store had 4. So my friend and I jump in her Tahoe and make the 45 minute drive to the Maine mall store. Neil in fact never called the Maine mall store. They had 0 of the phone wanted in stock. The girl working and her manager tried to smooth things over and offer solutions. However, still came up short. After the BOLD FACE DISHINESTY of NEIL in the Auburn store o will infact not be swapping my phone plan over. My friend proceeded to call the Auburn store and be hung up on by Jake who is claimed to be a supervisor. T mobile, do better.
